GEM was definitely an absolute GEM of a tour - Another amazing tour with Trip Egypt and Zainub, she was very helpful as my wife was ill and she managed to get the taxi for her to get back to the hotel and then help entertain our son during the tour. She is as well very knowledgeable and English was great. Thanks to all!

Excellent - Excellent Egyptologist guide, who explained everything very well in the new Grand Museum just a week from the official opening. It has been very pleasant, you rating the enthusiasm for his work and respect for his culture.

Best tour in Cairo - I really enjoyed this great tour, i recommend it and really worth to see this attractions, my tour guide HANNAH was really nice, caring super knowledgeable and did her best to explain everything, i really enjoyed and learnt about history from her Thank you Hannah, Also many thanks to well experienced and nice driver MUSTAFA that he was a nice gentleman Highly recommend this tour specially when the tour guide is Hannah

Great experience - The visit to the Grand Museum and the stop at the Al Hallili Bazaar with Trip Egypt was a wonderful experience. Everything was organized, pleasant, without any difficulty and truly memorable. The best memories of this trip are due to this agency! Visiting the Grand Museum and making a stop at the Al Hallili Bazaar with Trip Egypt was a wonderful experience. Everything was well organized, fun, easy, and truly memorable. Many of the best memories from our trip came thanks to this agency!

Unprofessional service and extra costs - We were very disappointed with this tour. The Grand Egyptian Museum tour was not organized properly and did not match the description at all. The tour had to be rescheduled because the museum was not even open on the original date. We only received this information on the same day and had to change our travel plans. We gave the organizer our new hotel address, but the driver never received it, which caused a long delay. When we finally arrived at the museum, we were not allowed to enter because no tickets were sent to us — even the museum staff confirmed this. We had to buy new tickets ourselves. The provided phone number of the organizer was unavailable, even when museum employees tried to call. The guide gave a good tour inside the museum, but he did not assist us professionally when the problem occurred. The “VIP lunch with a view of the pyramids” was also disappointing — we were taken to a restaurant far away from the pyramids with no view at all. Overall, this tour caused stress, additional costs, and wasted time. Definitely not worth the money.

Very very bad experience - I had booked half day to the grand Egyptian museum ( 6 hours) with Italian tour guide. The guide was very professional and kind person, but instead of 6 hours we got 3. Soon as we finished with last room in the museum he was running to the car to go away, we didn’t had any time to see and walk alone around or get a coffe, purchas some souvenirs. On our way back to the hotel he stoped to one expensive papirus shop( we said we would not go there ) where was one small papirus picture cost 150$… On the same day I sended to the agency message but I didn’t got any respond. ( By mistake I booked another tour with the same agency l( got scammed) and they answered on my first message (I fired the tour guide) . Very unprofessional. Scammers

Very Bad trip and restaurant are thieves - Very disappointed by this experience...no lunch facing the pyramids...but in 1 roadside restaurant 300 EGP for 2 Coke (overpriced ....and big SCAM ) false advertising ....a AVOID .........nothing good I did not leave a tip...because 300 EGP for 2 cocas is theft
