Old Cairo, Citadel and Mosques - Abdullah was excellent. He picked me up promptly at 10 and was very pleasant and knew his history very well. He took the time to answer my questions and ask me if there was another place or thing I needed to see.

Very frustrating communication and we felt scammed by the agency - The trip to Egypt was great, but unfortunately not thanks to our tour agent.
What we liked: she was responsive and answered to us on whatsapp whenever we needed, the trips to the temples and pyramids were well organized and the guides were nice.
What we didn’t like (and that’s why I wouldn’t recommend them): the communication was awful from the very first moment. Although the agent suposedly speaks Spanish, it’s been very challenging to effectively communicate with her, she didn’t reply to the questions asked but instead changed topics and never gave a direct answer. She promised things that later on changed on the route planned after we agreed on a budget and didn’t notify us. It was very frustrating for us not having clarity on many things like duration of the journeys, if the train had beds or not, etc. We ended up spending more money paying for extra hotel nights or transfers because she told us different of what we had eventually included in the plan.
