Dendera and Abydos - Very interesting trip! My driver and guide bring me to Dendera and Abydos and the were really professional! The guide speaks a very good german and he tell me a lot of interesting thinghs of the aegyptian culture. I also organize two transfers in Luxor and all was very well organized!!

Mandatory to do the Nile ‘felucca’ tour - A wonderful experience on the Nile tour in ‘felucca’ at sunset. Wonderful crew and guide, you cannot leave Egypt without trying this wonder.

Luxor tour - I visited Egypt on Nov 2025, and moved to Luxor from Cairo via sleep train and had nice sightseens at Luxor. It was planned by SUN PYRAMIDS Company. Mr.Omaru picked me at the Luxor Station smoothly, so there was no trouble at the station. After the tour of Luxor, Mr. Omaru brought me to the station and wait the train with me. I was so helpful because the station was so clouded. Aporecite the kindness of Omaru.

Excelente viagem - The trip was simply fantastic. From the moment we started planning with Yosef, they were extremely helpful and always available to answer any questions. We did the entire 7-day package through Egypt and it was incredible. I have no complaints. The entire organization, the logistics of the tours, the freedom they gave us to decide on some schedules, the dinners, everything was wonderful! In addition, we had Hassan as our guide, and he was incredible. Simply the most amazing person we met in Egypt. He treated us like family and made everyone feel extremely comfortable. Thank you so much!!!

Excellent Service and Organization Throughout Our 10-Day Egypt Trip - We booked all our private excursions, tours, and transfers in Egypt with Sun Pyramids Tours, covering Cairo, Aswan, the Nile, and Luxor, and we were very happy with the experience. From the very beginning, Menna was fantastic — she helped us plan and customize our itinerary months in advance and stayed in touch throughout the trip, always responsive and accommodating even to last-minute changes. In Cairo, our guide Saïd was friendly, flexible, and very knowledgeable, and our driver Ahmed made us feel completely safe despite the famously hectic Cairo traffic. In Aswan and Luxor, our guide Aladdin brought great energy and deep knowledge to every visit, making each site come alive. We were met and assisted at every airport, and all transfers were punctual and smooth. The restaurants chosen were generally very good — only one stop near the Saqqara pyramid was below average, but that was a minor exception. Overall, excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-organized, worry-free experience in Egypt.

Magic Experience with SunPyramids - We book a trip through Evaneos with SunPyramids. From the first moment SunPyramids, specifically Aya, helped us to organize the trip in an optimal way and adjusted to our budget. Finally, the organized trip covered a few days in Cairo + Nile cruise from Aswan to Luxor and all transfers at the destinations, including Hurghada. The experience has totally Covered our expectations, with excellent attention and organization. I would like to highlight the kindness and professionalism of all the people involved but in particular of Aya and Mohamed ‘the Italian’ who have influenced the good taste in the mouth with which we ended the experience. I recommend it 100%. An ideal way to enjoy the magic of Egypt:)

Egypt wonderful with this agency. - Shawrif and our friend already, Mohamed the Italian... are spectacular guides!!! They explained history in the pyramids and the great museum and took us on a filuca ride and downtown! A 10 for them and a 10 for how they treated us.👏

Travel to Egypt - Private trip for three people of eleven days, starting with Cairo with all the visits and excursions that we were interested in, but by cruise from Luxor to Aswan. Everything was perfectly organized and adapted to our needs by Aya, who kept an eye on us at all times, and rearranged itinerary by adding some visits that were of interest to us at the last minute. Always punctual in transfers and very attentive with us. Thank you especially to our guide on the cruise, Bassem, for his kindness and special attention to my son, and to Mido who made us all transfers very loving and pleasant. We will definitely recommend to our acquaintances that their trip to Egypt be organized by Sun Pyramids Tours. And without hesitation we would repeat the experience.

Awe-Inspiring Sites, Uncomfortable Experience - We traveled with Sun Pyramids on an eight-day Egypt itinerary booked through KimKim. The historical sites themselves were extraordinary—pyramids, temples, tombs, and the Nile cruise were unforgettable—but the execution and guiding by Sun Pyramids frequently fell short. There were serious professionalism issues with multiple male guides. Two different guides showed us shirtless photos of themselves without any prompting. Another made a long explanation about why women should cover themselves by comparing women to chocolate bars left in the sun, then laughed and refused to answer when asked how men fit into that analogy. These moments were uncomfortable, unnecessary, and inappropriate—especially traveling with my 18-year-old daughter. Communication and planning were also major problems. We were repeatedly required to wake up at 4–4:30 a.m., only to wait hours for flights, boats, or site access. Ship departure times were inaccurate, which caused us to miss anticipated evening temple visits. We were often told things would happen “soon” (wifi, departures, schedules) that simply didn’t. Guides at times appeared disengaged, impatient with crowds, or more interested in smoking breaks than helping us adjust plans or explore alternatives. Aggressive sales tactics were constant and exhausting, including shop stops with extreme overpricing and vendors shouting into our cabin windows from boats while we slept. While we understand this is common in Egypt, there was little effort from guides to buffer or manage these experiences. One bright spot was our Cairo guide, Mary, who was knowledgeable, warm, and professional throughout. She demonstrated what excellent guiding in Egypt can look like. Egypt’s history is unparalleled, and we do not regret seeing these sites. However, Sun Pyramids needs significantly better guide training, clearer communication, and stronger expectations around professionalism and respectful behavior—particularly toward female travelers.
