Excellent Recommendation for Personalized Tour Schedule and Itinerary. - TripAdvisor Review We learned of Sun Pyramids Tour company through a recommendation of a close friend/colleague who recently traveled to Egypt and Jordan, giving the company also high reviews. A big shout out to “Noura” Nouran Nabil, Travel Tour Operator & Agent, who organized our itinerary from the very start of our dream vacation! We have been working with her since March 2025. She was very attentive to our every question! We give Sun Pyramid Tours a strong rating of 5/5 and would happily book with them again when we travel back to Egypt and Jordan. We were celebrating our 15 year wedding anniversary with a chance of a lifetime trip and visited Egypt for 10 days and Jordan for 5 days. Our private tour was enhanced by the excellent tour guides and drivers we had. We were thoroughly impressed with their transportation to and from the airport in Cairo where a company agent/operator, Mustafa, was waiting to assist and guide us with our E-Visas ready in hand. Getting through security was seamless and hassle free. I can’t imagine how much more difficult and stressful it would have been to navigate this without a tour operator. Our time in Cairo was enhanced with the warmth, enthusiasm and passion of Tour Guide, Mary Saweris and excellent driver, Ahmed Shahatt. Ahmed was a favorite driver of ours for his excellent service and wonderful driving abilities! We were with them for 3 days but those 3 days left us incredibly satisfied where we felt very attended to at each local we visited. I also appreciate how Mary made the efforts to offer and take photos for us wherever we went, even giving us expert photo opportunity tips. We were incredibly well fed at each selected lunch stop and a highlight for us was eating right across from the GEM at a restaurant called Akemi Grill (top deck is a stunning panoramic view). To have a breathtaking view of the GEM and pyramids was an amazing way to close out our experience in Cairo! I also appreciated that Mary and Ahmed had high energy throughout the tour and were always eager to assist, answer questions and ensure we had a fantastic vacation and time while in Cairo. Another note to highlight is Mary was often complimented by our Cairo tour guides that she was “the very best” and we couldn’t agree more. We felt very blessed to have her. She had a calming presence that was ideal in the excitement and constant go go environment of Cairo! Upon leaving Cairo, our operator, Mohamed and driver, Ahmed took us to the airport and gave us a warm fateful to prepare our journey and arrival to Aswan Airport. We stayed in Aswan for 3 days and had the great driving service and Tour Guide Ahmed and tour operator, Mahmoud, full of curiosity, patience and eagerness to provide us a positive experience during our time in Egypt. We really enjoyed having lunch with him and going on a felucca boat ride together. Our conversations were fun and we felt very comfortable with him because of his warmth and good hospitality. We appreciated the pace and patience of time to take photos at each site. Once we were transported from Aswan to Luxor (Luxor for 3 more days) we were taken care of by Company Operator, Mohamed, and Tour Guide, Adel and we were amazed by his wealth of knowledge and expertise at every site we visited. He was a great story teller and always had a thoughtful answer to each question we had. He took us back in time and gave us an excitement to do more brushing up on our Egyptology when we return back to the States. Tour Highlights: 1. Experienced tour guides who have lived or grown up in the areas travels 2. Excellent and expert driving service in AC transportation with water bottles always provided. We were never dehydrated lol! 3. Airport stress free operator to escort to and from airport and domestic travel in Egypt. 4. Great lunch meal options that cater to more cautious cuisine (safe options such as chicken, beef, veggies with rice, salad and bread) goers but this can be adjusted if requested. Drinks will cost extra fyi! 5. Personalized itinerary depending on what you and your party want to do, see and experience. Very flexible, accommodating and allows you to “choose your own adventure.
