Mind blowing trip to Cairo, Luxor and Alexandria - Thanks to Marsa Alam, it was a well-organized trip. Right from pickup from Airport till dropping back to Airport, it well organized and communicated well. Before the trip Ahmed communicate very well and answered all our questions promptly which was one of the reasons, we chose Marsa Alam tours and other reason was we liked the itinerary of the tour. We had very good tour guides Ehab, Khalil and Lazem. And special mention to our drivers Waheed and Mohamed, who were very friendly. Couple of things I like to mention, firstly the choice of the lunch must be discussed and can give the budget for that and if we wish we can go to other place paying the difference and secondly basic drinking water must be provided during the tour, thanks to Lazem he is only one who provided water. Overall, we had a great experience and genuinely recommend Marsa Alam for the Cairo/Luxor tours.

Amazing day tours in Alexandria, Cairo and luxor - I highly recommend Marsla Tours. Mr Ahmed our tour operator is extremely friendly warm and caring. He truly stands out. Our tour guide Heba for Cairo and Alexandria is by far the best international tour guide ever. She has in-depth knowledge of all places in Alexandria and Cairo. I was traveling with my wife and daughters aged 3 and 7, she patiently explained everything. Also volunteered to click some amazing pictures and had developed a special bond with all of us especially my 7 year old daughter, even back home my daughter remembers Heba and recollects what amazing time we had with her. I hope and wish that some day Heba visits New Delhi and my family can be her tour guides. We had a bit of sour experience in Luxor with the tour guide, but Ahmed was really sensitive in addressing our issues and arranged a hotel and dinner for us at Luxor which was not in our original itinerary, he also reimbursed us the tour guide fee, which shows his exceptional and mind blowing customer handling skills
