Fly to Luxor & Karnak Temple Visit & Luxor Temple Visit & Felucca Ride & Board the Cruise

Cairo - Guests will be picked up from their accommodation in Cairo in the morning and driven to Cairo Airport to catch the included flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, a driver will be waiting outside the airport.

Temple of Karnak - After meeting the driver, guests will head to the east bank to visit Luxor’s largest temple, the Karnak Temple, dedicated to the god Amun, his wife Mut, and their son Khonsu.

Luxor Temple - Next, guests will proceed to Luxor Temple. Constructed by Amenhotep III in the 18th Dynasty of the New Kingdom, this magnificent temple was completed by Ramses II.

Luxor - Then, enjoy a felucca ride with a complimentary cup of traditional Egyptian tea.

Luxor - Finally, after the tour, guests will be dropped off at the cruise ship for accommodation.

Hot Air Balloon & Valley of the Kings & Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut & Colossi of Memnon

Luxor - Early in the morning, guests will experience a bird’s eye view of the city from a hot air balloon, witnessing an unforgettable sunrise over Luxor.

Valley of the Kings - After landing, a guide will accompany guests to the West Bank of Luxor to explore the Valley of the Kings, where they can view the tombs and resting places of notable Egyptian kings such as Merneptah, Ramesses III, and Ramesses VI.

Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari - The tour continues to the Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, dedicated to the fifth pharaoh and Egypt’s only female ruler who governed for 20 peaceful years.

Colossi of Memnon - Next, guests will visit the Colossi of Memnon to see the mortuary temple of Amenhotep III. Finally, they will return to the ship for dinner.

Edfu & Kom Ombo Temples

Temple of Horus - After breakfast on board, guests will take a horse-drawn carriage to Edfu for a guided visit to the Temple of Horus with a small group. They will marvel at Egypt’s best-preserved religious site, featuring impressive sandstone structures of Horus.

Temple of Kom Ombo - Guests will enjoy a buffet lunch back on board as the boat sails to the next destination. In the afternoon, they will visit the unique Temple of Kom Ombo, learning about its structures and its dedication to two great gods. They will return to the boat for dinner and free time.

Abu Simbel Temple & Fly Back to Cairo

Aswan - In the early morning, guests will join a group to visit one of Egypt’s most breathtaking temple complexes, the Abu Simbel Temples.

Abu Simbel Temple Complex - At the temple, a guide will introduce guests to the twin temples of Ramesses II and Nefertari, carved into the mountainside during the reign of Pharaoh Ramesses II.

The guide will escort guests back to the cruise to collect their luggage. They will then be transferred to Aswan Airport for the flight back to Cairo (duration is 1 hour and 30 minutes). Upon arrival in Cairo, a driver will be waiting outside Cairo Airport to return guests to their hotel.
