An incredible trip! - History came alive! We had a wonderful and a pleasant trip visiting Cairo, Aswan, Luxor and Sakara. Ash, our agent organized our entire trip from the time we got off the plane until our return. He worked out every detail in our itinerary including visas, entry tickets, vehicle with driver and an English speaking tour guide who traveled with us across the cities. He also organized good local restaurants for lunch/dinner, called in with our orders ahead of time. Ash was personally there to check us into the hotel upon arrival. He also made sure the rooms were close to each other. The best part was waking up to see the sunrise over the Nile! There was one mix up about the one of the hotels but Ash was able to move us to the hotel of our choice. Ash was available to speak to us at any point in time in our entire trip. When we had to cancel our trip couple of years back, Ash refunded us all the money. Overall a wonderful smooth trip and an unforgettable experience.

10 Day Egypt Private Family Trip - Our 10-day Egypt tour with Luxor Private Tour was just out of the world. From the moment we got of the airport to the final departure from Egypt – every step of the tour was very well organized and orchestrated. And all credit goes to the man responsible for it all – Ashraf. At the arrival at the airport, we were taken very smoothly through the entire customs and immigration process along with help with the luggage. The first hotel was awesome with the view of the pyramids from the room balcony. I had requested connected rooms for the family and it was exactly as expected. From there on for the next 5 days it was an amazing experience in Cairo and Alexandria. We visited not only the sites that were in our itinerary but also any other sites that we requested were added to the agenda without hesitation. Then we flew to Aswan and boarded our Nile Cruise ship. This again was a unique and wonderful experience with outstanding accommodation and delicious food. All the sites like the Abu Simbel temple & Edfu temple on the way to Luxor were amazing. We also had the opportunity to ride hot air balloons which again was excellent experience. In Luxor there was so much to see including the Karnak temple and Luxor temple – landmarks that can only be experienced by actually being there. In the end – Ashraf made sure that our flight from Luxor to Cairo and onwards to next destination was comfortable by facilitating our pickup from domestic terminal to international terminal – by managing the entire process personally. I would like to thank Ashraf for being such a great host and taking care of my family and their comfort throughout the trip. He went above and beyond our expectations and made a memorable trip for us. I will highly recommend him to anyone who would like to visit Egypt and would like an amazing experience like us - should engage Luxor Private tours as they don’t treat you as customer but as family!

Overall good - We had a 10 day trip all of which was managed by Ash and team! Ash has been very attentive to our needs for what we wanted to see and managed schedule accordingly. We missed Alexandria due to fog, but were able to pivot to other alternatives and didn’t let the day go wasted. We could have been happier with a guide that would go deeper in certain topics, and we shared that with Ash who tried to get another guide for us but due to busy timing, it was not possible. Certain moments the guide did come thru. Main suggestion would be to be very clear on hotels you’d want to stay at, as some hotels though 5*-d are not quite kept up. And be clear on guide if you want someone to go super deep in a topic - noting that you may need more time to understand that much depth. Overall good experience! We lived Egypt and felt well taken care of!

Unforgettable holiday - It was just fantastic - the trip was perfectly planned with a new highlight every day (e.g. balloon ride to sunrise, Nile ride, very private evening tour through the streets, as well as all the fascinating temples, tombs and Egyptian history) with super friendly organizers and guides. We couldn't get out of the astonishment and still had enough time for the two of us and to relax and recover.
