I didn't meet the driver. - Is it okay not to hear from the tour company after booking and check the arrival terminal etc? But when I arrived, the driver was nowhere to be found, and I couldn't reach the phone number on the voucher that was emailed to me, so I ended up taking an Uber to my hotel. Uber people are very conscientious and I wish I had left them this way from the beginning. It has yet to be determined whether the refund will be given.
