Recommend !! - Such a great day experience !! For anyone wanting to skip the crowds and have a more down to earth experience, this is for you. The crew were all so super helpful and ready to assist in any way they could. Also a great comfort in the water and lovely that they guide you around the reef or allow your own exploration (with a buddy of course). Everything was very well explained, from the schedule to snorkel safety and the great humour and thoughtfulness of the crew really made the trip. The reef was amazing to see but of course unpredictable (as all wildlife-based trips are). On our trip we were surprised with a couple of green turtle sightings as well as giant clams, clownfish and a variety of other fish and coral. I had however a small issue finding the boat in the morning. The meeting point in the confirmation email I received is set for the reef fleet terminal but we ended up meeting at the actual boat which was at the end of finger C in the marlin marina. However I feel I cannot downgrade their rating for this as the rest of the day more than made up for my initial confusion. I’m just happy I made the trip and as a solo female traveller this was a lovely, relaxing experience- I’d deffo recommend. Thanks again guys !

Reef Trip - Fabulous day on the reef thanks to Bee & Julian, who couldn't have been more helpful. They took us to two different reefs with a delicious lunch in between. Thanks to Bee during her guided snorkel tours, we saw many things we'd otherwise have missed including a whitetip shark, green turtle and giant clam. Top tip - pack a warm jumper as the water is currently really cold and make sure you ride the nets on the journey back to shore!

Good trip - experienced crew - Good trip, the boat crew are friendly, organised and very experienced and you feel in very good hands. I would advise wearing swimmers and taking a change of clothes and a towel as you get very wet on the boat!

Reef experience - Really nice experience! We traveled in a small group, which gave us more space for snorkeling. The team was super friendly. Big thanks to Luke for showing us the best spots on the reef!

Best experience ever! - This was by far the best snorkeling experience of my life. To see sharks, giant clam shells, beautiful fish and coral - was incredible. However, the staff only added to my wonderful experience. Truly worth going. 😎😎

Had so much fun I forgot to take pictures! - My wife and I had an amazing trip today to the Great Barrier Reef it was a very small group with only 6 passengers and 3 crew. The crew Sophie, Luke, and captain Makayla were incredibly helpful, kind, accommodating, insightful, and accommodating. They allowed me to sign up for an intro-dive last minute while we were underway and I had a 1 on 1 lesson for my first ever dive with Sophie, she worked with me and guided me even though I had some issues quite a bit were brought on by fear and by the end of it even though she basically dragged me through the water on a tour through the reef because I was still struggling to orientate myself, it turned out to be a ton of fun!

Accommodating and interesting. - Fun trip! Prescription snorkel masks and stinger suits were provided. Small group sizes. On the day of our tour the weather was a little choppy, but the crew were very patient and caring, allowing those who were nervous to hang on to a life ring attached by rope to the guide. Saw lots of fish, giant clams, and a turtle! However, it was clear that some of the crew disliked another crew member, and were treating her quite disrespectfully in front of the passengers. Also, though warning us to not touch the coral, the guide led us over some very shallow parts of the reef, making contact inevitable.

You can find a better trip than this - Having been to a few reef trips over the years, I can only say that this was the worst. The only positives I can think of is that we stuck to the schedule and got back on time despite the high winds / waves. Our day began with no welcome onto the boat, just some form filling and meeting a crew who seemed disinterested and unmotivated. The only crew member who I saw smile was a young woman who was new and in training.  The rest looked like they were just going through the motions. The only real engagement I observed was between a male member of the crew and two single females. I will not go into details here about the conversation, but I personally found It a bit creepy. The boat worked OK but the tap in the toilet didn't work, so no one could wash their hands throughout the trip. Lunch was very ordinary, but I guess that was not unexpected and they did have vegetarian options. The milk capsules for tea/coffee had turned to yoghurt. Later in the day , the crew served cheese and biscuits. However,  plates were too much to ask for, and they proceeded to serve chunks of cheese and biscuits into our hands. Cheese in one, biscuits in the other! Bits of fruit followed - all served in the same way.  This was all made worse by us not being able to clean our hands! We were happy to return home but I can not recommend this company at all.  The staff need to decide whether they want to do this kind of work or not. If they do, then perhaps they should take some training. Paying customers expect politeness, a smile and to feel welcome.
