An excellent tour with a nice size group - This was, of course, a bucket list checked. This company did a great job informing and outfitting the 20 guests we had on the tour. Its a long ride out to the dive point on any boat I suppose, but this was moving at a fast (and quite bumpy) rate. The dive was amazing, and the crew did a great job keeping an eye on and helping snorklers. Very enjoyable.

Afternoon reef tour half day - A great afternoon on the water, we did the afternoon tour and was the perfect time to spend in the water without getting to tired the girls on the boat were very friendly and welcoming, would highly recommend this tour to people that want to see the reef but don't have all day to do it

Highly experienced crew, exceptional support to experience the beauty of the reef. - Exceptional experience and just the right length of time. I’m a 63 year old mediocre swimmer who hangs out in the shallow end. Lily made the experience happen for me. The water was deep and choppy and I was scared to jump in. So I used a life jacket and held onto the flotation support and Lily pulled me along and guided me to the best views and I even got to sea a turtle. I got to experience a 50 year old dream with the best team. 5 stars to Lily, Lincoln and Brad who made a dream come true for me.

Unforgettable memories - I had such a beautiful experience exploring the Great Barrier Reef, truly unforgettable. From start to finish, everything was amazing. A very special thank you to Lily, Maddy, and Jo. All three were incredibly kind, professional, and made the whole experience feel safe and enjoyable. I especially want to give a heartfelt shoutout to Jo. She was an absolute angel in the water, guiding me throughout the snorkeling. Even though I’ve snorkeled before, I had two past experiences when I was younger where I actually drowned, so getting into the ocean can sometimes trigger anxiety for me. When I started feeling overwhelmed, Maddy was so gentle and calming while helping me enter the water, and Jo stayed by my side the entire time, making sure I felt safe and supported. Her patience and kindness meant so much to me. Lily also made the tour so special, keeping everything fun and making sure we got to see beautiful marine life as promised. I’m deeply grateful to all three of them for their care, patience, and warmth. This is an experience I will never forget and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone. Thank you again 🤍

All around good trip. - The weather is king. Kudos to the top-notch staff and all the excellent equipment, but the weather made for a challenging trip. We’re still glad we went but it was not ideal snorkeling.

Staff were great. Boat... - Staff were great. Boat ride fast and very choppy, for me it was fun like a free rollercoaster, but those who suffer from motion sickness, be warned. Unfortunately water visibility was poor on the day but some corals were close to the surface so still saw plenty of fish. The waves were strong near the snorkelling site. Recommend wearing a lifejacket even if you are a strong swimmer (the staff can hold it for you if you want to dive for a bit). Overall a great choice if you’re pressed for time and don’t mind a bumpy ride.

Well organised trip to reef - No-one can control the weather. Ocean was pretty choppy but visibility was fair - beautiful corals and fish. Note to self - best snorkelling is done with your own snorkel and fins (snorkels on tour did not fit well in our big mouths😂). Stinger suits and fins were fine. Crew (Brodie, Beth and Brandon) were excellent. Don’t forget to take sea sickness pills - thank goodness we had taken them. The boat ride was pretty rough coming back in - but we survived and it was actually fun. I’d love to go back out - with my own snorkel.

very bad experience and customer service - it's a very bad experience and I dint recommend it at all for anyone with children. they didn't mention on website any restrictions about children. I bought 2 tickets fir me and my wife .we have 2 infants .we planned 2 hours for mine and other 2 hours for my wife to do snorkeling. both of us planned to stay with infants on boat fir 2 hours. on boarding day of half day trip to great barrier Reef I found crew say you can't come on board as you have children I said but they will stay on my lap all trip and we planned for this beautiful day.he said sorry I don't have space on boat fir these 2 children. I said they always sit on my lap as they are 1 year and 2 year. they said sorry you can't be on board . I didn't get refund too. very bad experience
