The kitchen has always been the heart of our home, where my family has lived for over seven generations.
I’ve always been captivated by my grandmother’s talent for creating amazing dishes rooted in Tuscan tradition, using only a few simple yet valuable ingredients.
This cultural heritage was at risk of fading away, so I spent countless hours cooking with her, eager to learn her recipes and secrets.
Ultimately, I realized she had given me an even greater gift: I had absorbed her cooking philosophy!
I came to understand that tradition isn’t a dusty old book but a living entity that can adapt and even improve with new conditions.
I delved into the seasonality of ingredients, sustainable production methods, new cooking techniques, and tasting methods. Almost without noticing, I became a Chef and eventually a Sommelier.
For many years now, I’ve been committed to sharing this journey—a journey that is far from over…
