Poor but has major potential to be something great - Kenard VIP is a great service and Kenard responded fast upon messaging. He was willing to help me change my trip to a day earlier which was terrific for me I even made his job easier by changing my trip to a 1.5 miles trip only! My problem is I should have kept my reservation I had because the trip turned out to be a mess being that he had to get a new driver. The language barrier was a little off and then the driver couldn’t find the location I sent them. The AC wasn’t working so me and my wife were sweating up a storm in the back seat! The music could not be change or even put on! We were given a tiny ass bottle of champagne to share like literally a travel size bottle! Called Kevin while in the car to ask what’s happening why is the service so bad he apologized and blamed me asking to change! I mean if you couldn’t you could have said no! I hate giving bad review but I have to tell the truth! Overall This service may be perfect for someone else but for me it was a disaster! After all this all that was offered was a 50% discount not even an offer for a free return to my hotel after all the inconvenience! Thanks Kenard you tried your best from your point but your business would be better if you took control because there is no way I’m supposed to know my way around here, you guys live here and I don’t so the fact that the driver had to ask me where we are going or if I know the area surprises me
