Great Experience with Friendly Driver - We had a wonderful experience with Cabo Airport Shuttle! It was super easy to find them outside the airport (tip: ignore all the vendors inside trying to stop you and just walk outside) and we were on our way, cold beer in hand, within 5 minutes. Our driver was Eli and he was fantastic! So much so that we requested he take us back to the airport when our trip was over. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Smooth Rides, Cold Drinks, and Great Drivers! - We booked a round trip with Cabo Airport Shuttle online and had a great experience from beginning to end. At the airport, they were very easy to find. Just walk straight outside to Umbrella 5. Our driver showed up within about five minutes, had the air conditioning going, and offered us drinks right away to get our vacation started. I believe his name was Navid. We had a great conversation on the way to the resort. The day before our return, they sent a confirmation email with our pickup time. On the day of, there was a last-minute issue with the original vehicle, but they quickly emailed me and let me know. The replacement driver arrived just five minutes after the scheduled time, so it was no problem at all. Manuel was our return driver and he was excellent. Great communication, super friendly, and made us laugh the whole way. He made the ride back to the airport feel less sad. Once again, we were offered drinks for the ride. I would definitely recommend Cabo Airport Shuttle and would use them again in the future. One important tip: when you arrive at the airport, do not stop inside. People will try to approach you pretending to be with Umbrella 5 and lead you to a desk to sell timeshares. They can be a little aggressive and may claim you are going the wrong way. Go strictly outside to find the real Cabo Airport Shuttle at Umbrella 5. Do not get sidetracked.

Great service, except for the pushy sales job upon arrival. - The Suburbans we rode in (both ways) were of high quality. Extremely smooth and quiet rides, despite the horrendous roads. Both vehicles were equipped with the baby seat we requested, and water (and beer) were available. Check-in could have been better - a scanable voucher was requested, but had not been provided to me. As a result we had to wait, in the heat and humidity, for our ride. Our drivers were excellent and special requests were honoured with quick response from customer service. A bit pricy, and will book a shared van if we go again.
