Meet us at any time during our opening hours (from 7 Am to 16h) at our surf school and we will take care of you for your surf lesson. Our school is located in Playa Encuentro. You can enter directly into our surf house from the parking lot. Look out for Cabarete Surf Company.

100% - Great family experience! Nice place, nice waves, nice staff! Everything was perfect! Surf instructors are really friendly with kids and thank you to Marie at the reception for a lot of comments about the region.

Great Beach and School for Surfing - I’ve always wanted to learn how to surf. Cabarete Surf Company is the best. I took 3 lessons with Orlando (who was fabulous) and am well on my way. Everyone here is relaxed, encouraging and very good at what they do. They have a good selection of gear. Lessons and rentals include shoes and rash guards which is nice. There are places to practice on land in the shade and food and drink options close by. Great for kids and adults. Solo or group.

Lessons and Board Rental - Great crew of instructors. Kids improved significantly and enjoyed lessons. Highly recommend for board rental and lesions. Beautiful location. Relaxed but very helpful staff.

Friendly and great service - Such lovely people! Sent a message a few days before and they were accommodating. The instructor had a great connection with my teen son and young adult daughter. Would totally recommend them!

Great day at Cabarete Surf Company at Encuentro Beach - Elizabeth was very responsive and helped set up our taxi from the cruise port. Orlando and Daniel were our surf instructors. They were patient and had us surfing quickly. We were able to hang out on the beach and surf by ourselves for the rest of the day after the lesson. Safety was no concern. 10/10 experience! Highly recommend!

Fantastic locally run company! - Excellent group of people. Organized and friendly. The instructors quickly get a sense of ability and know just how much to challenge you. It is important to support small businesses run by locals in the country.

Great surf experience - The folks at Cabarete Surf Co made renting a board for me a breeze. They offer competitive prices and great selection depending on ability and conditions. My wife took lessons and thanks to great instructors has improved so much. They even have beach toys that my boys could borrow which they loved. They also have a slack line which is very fun. The waves at Playa Encuentro are awesome and Cabarete Surf Co made enjoying them a blast.
