Our skillful guides will lead you to the many jewels of our vast tenure. Splash through creeks and power over rugged west coast terrain, while watching for local wildlife and breath taking views in one of the most beautiful wilderness areas in the Sea to Sky region.
What to expect?
- Check in with our team at Basecamp
- Meet your guide and get set up with your gear
- Safety and Demo session before your tour begins
- On tour: Drive over rugged terrain, splash through puddles, visit breath taking view points and take photos with your crew
- Tour ends back at basecamp and you’re ready for your next adventure!
- Operates in all weather conditions.
- Must wear closed-toe shoes (no sandals).
- Children must be a minimum of 6 years old, 4 feet tall and fit into an XXS helmet.
- Drivers must be 16 years old with a valid driver’s license (no learner’s permits).
- Tour Duration (depends on size and efficiency of group)
- Comfortable clothing for the day including a warm shirt or outer layer that will get dirty.
- DOT certified full-face helmet must be worn.

- Meeting point is where your activity takes place at Basecamp on Cougar Mountain: Sixteen Mile Creek Forest Service Road, Whistler BC
- Drive and park to Basecamp or take our complimentary shuttle roundtrip from Gateway Loop Whistler Village.

Great day - Wonderful! Was great fun, our guide Marley was absolutely perfect. Would highly encourage everyone to try this. We would do it again.

Amazing place. Great guides. Thank you Marley and Harrison! - Had a great afternoon at the adventure group base camp. We booked the side by side ATV and had a blast. Even though we did the beginner it was so much more off road and fun than when we’ve done it in Europe. Our guide Marley was brilliant. She was great at explaining everything and very considerate of the group. Great personality and knowledge. Very impressed. We then did axe throwing with Harrison and he was also such a good guide, hope he has an amazing first winter season in Whistler. Would defo recommend to anyone looking for some fun and memories.

Awesome side by side great group activity - Our guide was Alyce and she was wonderful very knowledgeable about the area and happy to answer all
Our questions and taking lots of our photos for us our kids had a blast on the tour. Was great speed and views. Definitely recommend and make a full day of it with all the inclusions at the base camp.

Amazing off road - We had an amazing side by side adventure with ALYCE (our guide). She gave us clear safety instructions and making sure everyone was ready before heading out. She pointed out various view points as well. 🤙

BLAST! - We went off-roading in UTVs with Harrison and it was absolutely incredible! From the start, he explained the route, plan, and all the safety details in a way that made us feel totally at ease. Once we hit the trails, it was pure excitement—fast, fun, and unforgettable! Harrison’s knowledge, energy, and personality made the whole adventure even better. We felt safe, confident, and had an absolute blast the entire time. Highly recommend this experience—you’ll walk away with huge smiles and amazing memories!

Amazing - We did the side by side tour with George. He was amazing. He walked us through everything. We stopped at different view points and some points of interest. I would recommend this adventure to anyone. Ask for George. You'll have a great time.

Off Road Adventure - I went to TAG while up in Whistler on my honeymoon. We signed up for the side-by-side tour. Our tour began at 9:00 AM, and since no one else had signed up, it was just us in one vehicle and the guide, Matt, on an ATV.
The whole experience was super fun and featured a mix of driving on smooth (somewhat) and off-road terrain, as well as multiple spots to stop, take pictures, and enjoy the sights. Matt did an exceptional job and made the whole experience that much better.
We had planned to go back to our Airbnb after the side-by-side was over, but then we were told that our ticket included many other activities at base camp, which turned out to include a zipline, axe throwing, three high ropes courses, wiffle golf, and some areas to chill, such as hammocks and campfires.
We ended up spending the entire day there, and it was the best day of the honeymoon.
I would recommend TAG to anyone going up to Whistler. Bring a water bottle and a packed lunch, or you can also purchase hot dogs at Basecamp.
Other staff shout-outs: Harrison from Aus at Axe Throwing, Elosie from the UK on the Zipline, Camy from Whistler on the high ropes, and Wamaitha from Alberta on the white-water rafting that we did on a different day.

Off roading in Whistler! - We went off roading with Harrison and Marley’s group and it was so much fun. They are excellent and friendly guides who let you have as much excitement as you can while keeping it safe as well. Will definitely come back next time we’re back at whistler!
