• Vancouver Island Whale Watch - Begin your day by checking in at the office 45 minutes before your scheduled departure. After signing in, you’ll proceed to the dock with your crew for an exciting whale-watching journey!

As the adventure begins, a marine naturalist will introduce you to the Salish Sea ecosystem and its wildlife while cruising through the Gulf Islands archipelago in search of whales and other marine creatures. You’ll discover various whale species and other marine life inhabiting the Salish Sea, learning about their natural history and roles within the marine food web.

You’ll enjoy a full hour of whale viewing, with your marine naturalist offering real-time insights into their behaviors. Onboard catalogues help identify individual whales, and this data is collected throughout the whale-watching season to support local researchers.

The tour concludes with an educational lecture on marine conservation, focusing on BC whales and discussing conservation initiatives.
