Perfect experience for total beginners - Excellent beginners skiing experience. Håvard is a lovely tour guide - extremely welcoming and friendly. This is a great experience to do as a solo traveller as Håvard encouraged a good social feeling with the group so you never felt left on your own. Had a fantastic time learning the basics of cross country skiing and I’d definitely recommend it to others.

Was lucky to get some... - Was lucky to get some snow in mid march. Tour is oriented on really newbies and lack some more action for more advanced cross country skiers

Incredible instructor! - This was so so good! Around three and a half hours of learning (and snacks), perfect English and very willing and cheery to learn other languages too! Around 80 pounds per person in Feb 2026, and a group no bigger than 17, so very personalised! There were people of all ages, and he caters to any sizes with a large range of shoe and skis available :). Best hot chocolate we have had here!

Great day out:) - It has been a brilliant day out. Håvard was extremely welcoming. The communication before the event was very good. The equipment was spot on. It was a fun packed day, and it felt like being with close friends. Håvard made it the day it was, I would highly recommend him

Awesome experience - Awesome experience, especially if you want to get outdoors and see the Norwegian country side. Håvard is a very experienced ski instructor and was able to accommodate everyone in the group, as we were at different levels. Will highly recommend.!

Great introduction to langrenn / cross country skiing. - Having never skied before, my friend and I signed up for this 3 hr introduction from an advert on Facebook and were not sure what was going to happen; however, we were delighted by the whole experience. Håvard was an excellent teacher- he taught clearly, methodically, and patiently with a lovely kind manner. The ski arena in Skullerud was perfect for beginners (it has snow machines so there's always snow in the winter), all the ski equipment was provided (NB not clothes) and was of great quality. We had a lovely group of ten people from all around the world and it was a really fun atmosphere. I was surprised how quickly I took to it and my friend and I agreed that it was the highlight of our week/her visit. Hot choclate and snacks at the end were perfect. We were also super lucky with the sunny weather. The whole experience was great value for money. I'm planning on bringing some work colleagues back. Peter W. Feb 17th 2024

Skiing with Vikings - Håvard was fantastic. He is an excellent teacher for beginners and advanced. This was my first time skiing, and he took the time to explain everything step-by-step. Always smiling and willing to give you tips to improve. He brought us traditional snacks from Norway and hot cocoa. Special mention deserves his mom who came to help with the photographs. Such a sweet lady. The group started as four strangers, we ended up as friends :)

An Unforgettable Skiing Experience! - It's really an unforgettable experience for us! It is the first time we doing this. Beautiful view, nice host, and great partner. Harvard has many equipment prepared and has many experience. All the way of cross country ski, he took care of us very patient and carefully. Highly recommend for the others who want to have this kind of experience. Really great.!!!
