The service - Derly was one of the best hosts and his service was 200% perfect. The food was delicious and fresh. Drinks and entertainment were suitable for all ages in the family.

Punta Cana boat excursions - Derly was awesome! Excellent trip and my family loved it. Great views and the water was very calm. Hospitality and customer service was excellent.

VIP YACHT REVIEW - I loved my experience with the 3 coworkers because they engaged with us. All 3 workers set the mood up high. They partied and made the ride fun. I love my 2 girl workers out there working at the bar! The main guide was also tremendous. He danced with us and sought out to make sure that everybody was having a good time. I just wish there was a separate time for snorkeling that was just snorkeling only.

Enjoyable excursion. - The crew was okay. Food could have been better as the burgers were dry. We did see dolphins and the 2 stops were good. We did not have this...'8 Years Rom, white rum, presindent beer, Fruit pounch, passion love, orange juice, Coca-Cola Fresh tropical juice, water, Mamajuana drink.' We only had Fruit punch with rum and they called it rum punch, water, and 2 sodas.

Fun time with surprise extra photography cost - Overall, our group of 8 had a good time on the boat, with a couple of bumps. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially with my husband who is disabled and got seasick. They made sure he was able to participate in the shallower water hangout time, and we are very thankful for that. We booked a half day boat trip through our hotel (I think it was actually about 3 hours), and were told that if we wanted a private experience we could pay for 10 people (there were 8 of us), so we said sure. Later an email came saying we needed to actually pay more to make it a private experience. Ok, idk who made the mistake (hotel or this company), but fine. We got picked up in a van from our hotel, hit really we could have walked next door across the beach. At the beginning there was an opportunity to buy some things like alcohol or jewelry before boarding the boat. We took a little boat from the beach to reach the bigger boat and started cruising. It was a choppy day, so we stopped to snorkel, but it was kind of short and not much to see. Probably the highlight was the next spot where we were all able to get off the boat in shallower water that we could stand in and hang out. Lunch was grilled lobster and chicken. Everyone liked it. I’m not sure what all was in the bar cooler besides Presidente because I brought along a bottle of vodka. Here’s the main thing that was an issue for us… we had a photographer on the boat. It wasn’t mentioned in advance and we didn’t request it, but he was super friendly and took lots of photos for us. At the end of the boat ride, he told us that it was going to be $200 per couple for the photos, and we all had to get them or no one could (probably because we would obviously just share). $800 is a lot of money for photos we didn’t request in advance. We were shocked tbh and couldn’t really afford it, but also this super friendly guy spent three hours with us on the boat and we didn’t want him to not get paid for that (and we wanted the photos). It was very uncomfortable and kind of ruined the moment for a bit. I wish there had been a conversation in the beginning where we could have discussed pricing and what we could afford to pay. We kind of had a feeling there might be an extra charge for it at the end, but expected it to be more like $200 total.

Absolutely horrible. The boat had broken doors, rusted wood. We didn't receive anything that was advertised. - This was the worst experience we had. We didn't get the Catamaran we purchased. The one we got was beat up, nor did we get the food or drinks

Book elsewhere - They never showed up at our hotel to pick us up for a confirmed trip. We called and called and Dolly continuously hung up on us. We had our resort call her and she stopped answering. The next day we had a group of 60 going out with Blue Marine. Everything was so disorganized. They kept us on the bus at the beach for a long time then had us standing around waiting for boat for 45 mins. We got 15 mins of snorkel time. Everything was cut short. We asked for a little more time since they were late every step of the way, they did not allow any make up time. So disappointing since we’ve used them in the past and had a great time. But this week was terrible. I’m still fighting for a refund for a trip that never happened!!

Do NOT book with them! - Booked this boat company for our day after wedding celebration in Punta Cana on May 24, 2025. We booked the VIP package, balloons, cake, snorkeling, open bar, private beach, dolphin watching, 4 hours. Before getting on the boat they offered our group of 50 to purchase food and hookah. We purchased 6 hookahs and over 8 different trays of food. They put us on the boat, nothing is on the boat. No water, no food, nothing. They had us sitting on the water for 2 hours. Come to find out, they put all of our stuff on another boat right next to us and took off. We demanded to get off the boat; which they would not let us off for another 45 min. When asked for a refund we were told we would get it in 5-7 business days. It’s been 2 weeks and still nothing. Do not book with this company. Save yourself the drama and stress.

Horrible Experience - Horrible experience the food is not cooked on board as it seems from the advertisement. This was delivered to us via another boat and they only bought 3 plates that were cold when we had 7 people. The last plates bought were also cold and I’m this was brought at the end when it was advised we had 30 minutes left. If you book this beware that the food is not cooked on board and likely cold.

Avoid Avoid!!!! - Avoid this place if you don’t want to ruin your birthday party. I hardly know where to begin. 1) The check-in process was chaotic, even though we completed the waiver online. 2) They gave us children's socks for the adults and refused to exchange them. 3) Unlike other parties, they didn’t set up a table for us and told me to do it myself. 4) They refused to bring food for the kids before the cake, so after jumping around, all the kids were hungry and had to celebrate on empty stomachs. 5) When I asked for a knife to cut the cake, they refused and took the cake away, even though I told them we wanted photos with it. As a result, we have no pictures of the cake. 6) Staff kept interrupting our party to enforce their policies, making us feel more like an inconvenience than valued customers. There are a lots of small details which I haven't mentioned but overall it was the worst experience of my life!!! Despite seeing that we were clearly unhappy, no one made any effort to help or improve the situation. It was a complete disaster, and we will never return!
