Incredible - The natural pool is the most beautiful of all😍😍😍 a paradise, the ideal place for your vacation with family or friends

Snorkeling fun - Enjoyed the snorkeling seeing the dolphins and shark along with the other fish and we enjoyed the little pool party at the end. The only down side was the boat, definitely not what it looked like in the picture advertisement, however the host he was great.

Very disappointing experience - The kids had a good time in the water. The rest of the time was disappointing: Children's life jackets in poor condition. Boat ride 2 hours instead of 3 hours. We were escorted to a gift shop where salesman was aggressive with trying to sell something. Glass bottom was small an very little to see.

no show. uncomminacative - The tour never showed to pick me up and viator was inable to communicate with them. the refund hardly matters to compensate for disappointment

AVOID AT ALL COST! - I've been using viator since 2013 and never had a bad experience like this one: 1. Instructions said that we would meet at 2:00 at our hotel for a private transfer. 2:30 I contacted viator and operator to ask where they were. 2. Operator finally contacted me back at 3 and said to meet at our beach and we could jump on the boat. He sent me his photo so I knew who to look for. When we finally got to our beach, we found out they were actually 5 resorts down from us. 3. Was approached by a man (not the one in the picture) asking if we were signed up for a boat. If you know punta cana, you know you are approached by multiple people trying to sell you somehting, so I was of course hesitant to give him my info. I asked what tour he was with and he refused to give me the name and just kept asking 'let me see your ticket'. I showed him the picture of the man I was looking for and he said 'thats my boss' 4. His boss told me that our family (my husband, 5yr old, and 9yr old), could go on this small glass bottom boat and it will be crowded OR we could go on this party yacht. I told him we were with small children and didn't want to go on a party boat and he assured us it would be fine. 5. We boarded the yacht and within 1 minute they blasted the most inappropriate music. I'm no prude but every word was either the N word, b**tch, or f*ck. It was too much for our kids so we told the captain we would like to get off and just ride the small boat. 6. The small boat looked nothing like the photo and the glass bottom was a tiny square. No where on the workers uniform or boat did it say the name of the tour. 7. We snorkeled for maybe 15 minutes, stopped quickly to see dolphins, and then went to a cove that was meant for drinking and provocative dancing. We again asked to leave, because we had no business being there. Our tour lasted less than 2 hours (even though we paid for 3) and was nothing what was offered. I emailed them to ask for a partial refund but never received a response.

Worst time of my vacation - I will never book with Viator again....was not told proper pickup area...and tour operator never responded to messages...I was at one pickup location and then directed to different by resort staff but did not receive any return messages
