Knowledgeable and patient tour guide - Peter is a knowledgeable and patient tour guide. My partner and I are traveling with my older parents (almost 80), both with difficult walking. He was able to suggest an itinerary that was accessible for them, of many of the must see places in Busan. Highly recommend a private tour.

The most hospitable and wonderful tour guide, Paul!! - The tour company had reached out weeks in advance to confirm our reservation and to confirm the details of what we'd like to see during our time in Busan. After a few messages back and forth, we were able to solidify an itinerary that we were happy with. We had asked for a van that would fit our family of 6 and were given suggestions on places that would be a crowd pleaser for our group from young to more seniored. On the day of the tour, Paul our tour guide had messaged us and confirmed that he was going to taking around in Busan. We are given Paul as our tour guide and he was wonderful! He was punctual and was already waiting for us with the designated meeting place. He immediately checked in on our set itinerary to confirm if those were places were sites that we still wanted to go. After talking with him for a bit, we was so adaptable and flexible that we made a few tweaks and off we went. While we were driving, he was exteremly knowledgable with the different places we were passing by and gave us great insights on the city, the history, and up to date news. I knew right away that we were in the best hands, not only for his extensive knowledge of the city, but because he was on top of what our schedule, knew the time we would need at each stop, and making sure that we were done on schedule because we had a cruise that we had to make it back on time for. Our first stop was a trip to Sky X, but after finding what we thought was parking, but then having to move our vehicle, my daughter asked if we were able to change our first stop to the Sky Capsule instead. Gotta love the last minute request... But Paul was more than happy to oblige and quickly sprung into action and looked into seeing if he could make that happen. Unbeknownst to us, these tickets were the hottest tickets around and usually required a purchase WEEKS in advance. After making a few phone calls and working his magic, he was able to secure two tram tickets for us, and we will be forever grateful!! He truly went above and beyond! Our whole family loved the experience, especially our teens girls that needed that must have photo pics. Our other sites included a local and authentic Korean bbq place was a divine experience! We had to hit up a mall to stock on K-Beauty products, and a local cafe with the most amazing view of the city. Paul, thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of us! We are so thankful for you. If you are so blessed to have him as your guide, just know that you'll have the most memorable, amazing, and unforgettable time in Busan!

Wonderful Busan experience. - Our driver CJ was a wealth of knowledge and very experienced in giving us a wonderful experience in Busan. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and the pre arranged options for the tour. West Busan was a great area to visit and we highly recommend the tour.

Amazing day in Busan! - We had such a great time in Busan and a lot of the credit goes to Jino, our private driver. He adapted completely to our schedule and we were able to see some great sights, from the Haedong Yonggungsa temple to the Ahopsan bamboo forest and the Gamcheon Culture Village. We also had a lot of fun at the Songdo cable car where we enjoyed some amazing views. We all wanted to have a Korean BBQ with the famous Hanwoo beef and Jino took us to an amazing traditional restaurant. He even cooked for us! Really going above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks to Jino for making our visit to Busan such an incredible experience.

One day in Busan - We had a great time on this one day tour of Busan with Kim Jinseok. He was accommodating, kind, and has a very personable demeanor. He tailored the tour to our interests and made sure we were all comfortable. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone wishing to cover many sites in Busan over a short period.

However, it's vital to look beyond the viral Instagram appeal and pay proper homage to the village's history and the struggles of its former residents. Our visit wasn't just about pretty pictures; it was a powerful and respectful homage to this unique place.

Good meet and greet, personal tour and less than a cruise ship cost. Great option. - Personalised tour that showed all the highlights and things we wanted to see. The guide understood our interests and took us to places that suited us. We were greeted at the port with our family name right by the exit, the car parked right outside so we were on our way really quickly. Our guide was local so knew her way around all of the main attractions. We got back to the ship in good time, as we requested and for less than the ship tour prices. The key here is that we paid less than the group tour and got a personalised tour. Recommended

Our private tour, led by William, helped us make the most out of our day in Busan - Our tour guide, William, was such a gracious and helpful guide, and we wouldn’t have been able to do and see half as much without him. His vehicle was spotless and very comfortable, and we managed to remain ahead of the crowds nearly everywhere we went. He was very thoughtful of my mother-in-law and held her hand so she wouldn’t fall as we covered quite a lot of ground. He moved us along so we could see as much as possible, but we didn’t feel rushed. He was very knowledgeable and kind, and we are extremely pleased with the day we spent with him.
