My bursa experience - The tour was good but little bit lengthy. everything was smooth and on the time the operator inform me late about the pick up time but i booked late and he helped me to make the day possible. the team was professional and cooperative. in all tour the best part was cable car. and also the lunch was also delicious. and with low and good price this is reasonable tour for everyone. but i takes almost 13 hours. but good experience overall. thank you

Good day in Bursa but lenghty - I really enjoyed the tour, but there are too many stops at local markets, especially the Covered Bazaar. It's a very lengthy tour, and I think more time could be spent at historical or nature sites instead of just shopping. The guide mentioned that most tourists prefer the market stops, but it would have been nice to customize it a bit more.

Full Day Bursa with cablee car and lunch - This was my second time of the same tour this year, but it was the winter tour. Since I had a great experience that time I thought to do the green tour, to see Uludag in a different season. The tour started out on the wrong note, because of the tour guide, and frankly the bus driver also. The "English speaking tour guide " turned out to be a young, hard to understand, arrogant person. He didn't give any information about the tour, didn't answer anyone 's question. He was very rude from the beginning to the end. He gave us five minutes at each stop, then, simply told us "Back in the bus" .We stopped at the off road ATV site, where only a handful of people participated, because it was not suitable for everyone, and cost extra. The rest of us were left waiting at a very uncomfortable place, with a few very dirty chairs, and some old chair pads. This was the place where spent most time. Again, going up the mountain, the chair lift, which only six people out if the group wanted to do,which cost 500 Turkish liras each, people found it useless and expensive. The cable car was just OK, nothing special, Again because of our guide. Finally, he was called out on his rude behavior by a very polite older gentleman. The guide answer was, that he didn't feel that he was rude, His answer was, "This Is Turkiye " The lunch was not a lunch, it was at 5 Pm,just before we headed back to Istanbul. There's the last thing I would like to mention. The guide totally ignored us, the tourists the whole time, but when the bus driver started to have a very loud, yelling arguments with his brother, that was the icing on the cake. We were all talking amongst ourselves, and came to the conclusion, that our money should be refunded. I personally paid double for my ticket, because the lady who was coming with me got called into work the last minute. It would be great, if this matter could be addressed by the tour company, and has the person removed as a tour guide, just so this unpleasant experience noone has to endure. Thank you for your kind attention.

Not as described - This excursion was not quite as described. We did not see the "labyrinth alleys" of a covered bazaar, nor did we go to an area "teeming with traditional restaurants and cafes, offering a delightful culinary journey" where we could "indulge in authentic Turkish dishes, savouring the flavours of Bursa's unique gastronomic heritage." We did have a pleasant stop in Old Bursa, and the cable car up the mountain was great, but a lot of the day was spent waiting around at each stop, sometimes without explanation. For example, at the park some of the group chose to ride ATV's while others of us waited for them, which was fine, but once the ATV riders returned we still waited almost an hour before departing for the next stop! My main concern, though, was that although the description says "lunch, water, and a soft drink" are included, we had none of those things. We did finally have dinner at a restaurant before leaving the park. By then it was about 6pm and there had been no food on the trip all day, or even any food available to buy except snacks. And definitely no water. The dinner we did finally have was very basic, not quite a "delightful culinary journey." Perhaps what needs to change is not the trip, but the description of the trip. Even adding something like "bring lunch and water for the day because we will not eat until after all the activities" would be useful.

One piece of advice: RUN AWAY!!!!!!! - My friends and I have never had such a catastrophic travel experience. We were thinking about taking a trip to Bursa. Instead we worked very long hours by bus and spent only 30 minutes in Bursa (from 3:15 to 3:45 pm), where we made neither the bazaar nor the old town (which were however planned in the program) On the other hand, additional activities for a fee and not included in the programme have been added: ferry, safari (3500 pounds to have a view of a factory with, for the highlight of the show, a photographer who seeks at all costs to sell us his photographs), chairlift to climb higher in Ulutag (500 pounds), many shops... In short, we had the feeling that we were taken hostage between 8.30am and 11.30pm and that the aim was just to make us cough up money. A lost vacation day.

The worst tour Experience in Istanbul..Beware !!!! - If I could give this experience a 0 star I certainly would have done so ! 🤬. I will admit that I did not read the reviews prior to purchasing this tour , but DAMN ! undoubtedly the worst excursion I have ever booked. The true itenary included hours of traveling, wasted/unnecessary downtime, and shopping. There is no Bazaar , Mosque, National Park, or even lunch - they provided a dinner that was so bland its a disgrace to the Turkish culture. The cable car was the only highlight of this tour , unfortunately that only lasted 25-30 minutes . I was extremely underwhelmed and could not WAIT to get back to my hotel !!
