The guide is familiar with the best spots for capturing perfect photos and will assist in taking group photos to ensure everyone is included. Private Oxford and Cotswolds Tour with Nik - Our family of four (two boys, 11 and 8) from the United States had an amazing tour of Oxford and the Cotswolds with our guide Nik. Nik is a proper English gentleman with an abundance of personality and humor. He was engaged the entire day, making sure we prioritized what was most important to us and especially having fun and making it a memorable experience for us and our two boys. We also loved Oxford and the several Cotswolds villages we were able to see. It’s a beautiful area and we were blessed with great weather that day…which also meant larger crowds in some places, but Nik was inventive with managing parking/traffic. He also arranged a pub lunch stop for us that ended up being one of our favorite meals of our entire trip (The Stag at Stow). And as we drove back to London that evening, we had a lovely and wide-ranging conversation with Nik. And he was a safe and aware driver. We did a separate tour on another day with Kingdom Private Tours and had a similarly wonderful experience with a different guide (Jay). We would absolutely recommend Kingdom Private Tours and felt that we received a great value from our experiences.

Great tour - This tour was great. Moe was our driver and he was kind, helpful with my Mom, who is older, and very knowledgeable on the area. The villages were cute and I am glad we got out of the city to explore.

Cotswold Villages Tour - Peter collected me from my hotel right on time.
Then we drove to the Cotswold around three villages after passing by the bucolic green fields.
I was in a wheelchair but Peter easily managed to wheel me around the crowded sidewalks.
It was my birthday so I treated him to lunch @ a pub which didn’t open til noon.
The food was outstanding & I told the owner if I were a Michelin Man I would give this place 3 stars.
He sent me 64 beautiful shots of the Cotswold to my phone & I took several more too.
Then I asked him to take me to a place where I could buy post cards which was spot on & they International stamps.
A perfect birthday present for me.

Wonderful Day!! Book this tour - We were lucky enough to visit the Cotswolds with Nik on a beautiful sunny day while in London. The tour was perfectly timed. With a great lunch area, perfect recommendations. The van was spotless and comfortable. Nik is professional but entertaining and not a boring moment the whole day!! Great day and I wish I had a second day available to tour somewhere else with him!

Cotswolds - Long day of driving, so be sure you know beforehand if you want to hit all five stops. Otherwise a lovely day and enjoyed ourselves.

Exceptional tour and tour guide - Douglas was a phenomenal guide, his lunch choice was amazing and the Cotswolds are a must see! It’s a full day and totally worth it.

Can’t miss experience! - Wonderful day in the Cotswolds with Doug! He was very personable & informative! Highly recommend this tour. Upon return to London, he took time to point out points of interest. I particularly enjoyed the history!

BEST TOUR!! - Booking the trip via email was easy and communication by the team was top notch, even when I had a last minute request and several changes throughout. On the day of thr tour, we were picked up on time in a pristine vehicle. Our guide Nik was hilarious and kept the family and teens engaged their entire time. He kept things going and was an integral part of the experience.

Peter was an amazing... - Peter was an amazing driver guide and gave us lot of history plus took us to the most picturesque spots and took lots of pictures of us. Very nice large Mercedes van with water and mini fridge provided. Excellent service and would 10/10 recommend.

Tour to Cotswold Tour Rip Off - Driver had no knowledge to share - Mohammad (Mo) drove us to Cotswold outside of London. He was a good driver, but had no historical information to share with us regarding the location. The cost of the tour for four people was 1365 pounds. Absolutely a waste of money as he was a glorified bus driver. The last time that I went to Cotswold on a tour I had a fabulous driver who had excellent historical information regarding the various towns and Cotswold. I had booked it through our hotel. I wish I had booked it through our hotel this time in 2025. I will never, ever book another trip through Viator. I asked for a partial refund, but they wouldn’t give it to me. We travel a lot and I will tell everyone I know to never ever book through Viator. Completely disappointed and completely ripped off.
