Fabulous Christmas Night! - I organised our Christmas work night out and we all thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas banquet last night, between the food, the setting and the singing it was fabulous. Thank you so much!

Interesting History - Nice castle & village to explore. Wear comfortable shoes as there is a lot of walking. The stairs in the Castle are extremely narrow and can be slippery. You definitely need to go slowly. Interesting history. There wasn’t anyone inside any of the folk houses but all of the fireplaces were lit. It was lovely seeing all the animals. The Irish Wolfhounds would not move from their beds.

Worst experience ever - In my 14yrs as a parent going to see Santa this is by far the worst experience EVER. They are literally trying to get as many people in as possible and charging crazy prices for the privilege. After having spoken to others about the terrible experience I have heard I am not the only one to be disappointed and it's been the same for years! Same on you all for letting money come before the children's magical experience. The worst entertainment I've ever seen for all the waiting you have to do! Only decent person was the lovely lady in the sweet shop who helped us. The Santa prefab is like a dodgy brothel and don't even get me started on the Santa's! You would be better off doing to a crappy shopping centre Santa than this, trust me save your money. The amount it cost me set be back a bit and I came away not knowing whether to cry and be angry....and all the questions my children had about the Santa after....picture what you think Santa looks like....that's the complete opposite of what we saw as a Santa!! Unreal, my daughters last possible year and it was ruined...I can't begin to explain how excited we were and all the promising how amazing it will be to warrant the long drive after work and school!! SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

Overpeiced and Slow - Very much let down this year. We have had far better experiences at Bunratty christmas events in the past. Poor guidance / direction on arrival. We were apprix 45 mins waiting in a 'holding area' before being brought to see a very un-enthusiastic Santa. The prices were extortionate for everything. Certainly will not be returning. Far too expensive and it is clear that they have lost control.. Needs a new process review imo...
