Embark on a journey into the past of Australia’s beloved Rum producer, Bundaberg Rum. Here’s an opportunity to delve into more than a century of excellence in Rum crafting. After your exploration of the dynamic museum exhibit, follow one of our Distillery Guides on a tour deep into the Bundaberg Rum Distillery’s core. Your adventure begins at our Molasses well, home to 5 million litres of fresh molasses directly from our neighbours at Millaquin Sugar Mills. From there, discover the process of our liquid fermentation and distillation. Lastly, we move on to our impressive Barrel House, where you will understand the process of our rum’s aging and maturation, which lasts for at least two years before our product makes its way into a bottle. After immersing in the distillery’s sensory experiences, return to our Bundaberg Rum Tasting Bar, where you can savour a variety of high-end rums from our collection. Here’s a toast to this!
