Trekking day jungle Munduk Agus - We had the chance to spend the day with Agus (our guide of the day) and Yudi (the driver). Agus is passionate about nature and has an incredible knowledge of the nature of his country. He was able to guide us through the lush jungle of Munduk in order to reach several waterfalls all the most beautiful than the last. He taught us a lot about plants that are eaten, not eaten as well as trees. We finished the trek in the middle of rice fields and local dwellings, if you are looking for authenticity it is the right person! Suksma Agus again!

Waterfalls and coffee plantation - We were the first to visit the Sekumpul waterfall and Fiji waterfall. On the advice of the Eddy we left on time and it was not busy yet. We walked with a local guide along the rice fields and after many stairs (about 460) we arrived at the Sekumpul waterfall. This one was super nice and better than expected. Then we went to Fiji Falls. These were also certainly beautiful. Then up the stairs again. As a conclusion, a jump from a rock into a smaller waterfall to cool off. We did not do the water slide but was possible. After the waterfalls we went for lunch in a local restaurant where we got a typical Balinese lunch. Very good. Finally, we were given a private tour of the ecological coffee farm. Very interesting. Finally, we visit the Banyumala Falls. Again, down stairs. But fortunately not so much. Also this waterfall was very beautiful. You could also swim here in the waterfall. This waterfall was a lot busier. If you walk downriver you will come to a few more waterfalls that are also worthwhile. This tour with our driver who speaks good English is highly recommended.

An unforgettable experience - It was an extraordinary day we spent with Adi our driver and Putu our guide and super photographer. A jungle trek with discovery of local flora and fauna. Crossing a lake in a traditional boat... simply magical and timeless and finally discovering a sublime waterfall. The whole thing ends with an excellent well deserved Indonesian meal super welcome. We asked Adi if he could take us to the rice fields of Jatiluwih... of course always ok. In summary I highly recommend this activity and for Adi and Putu a big thank you!!
