Arrival is expected around lunchtime, where the host will greet you and introduce you to the homestay, allowing you to settle in. The homestay features six simple yet cozy guestrooms, equipped with carpets, kupacha mattresses, and pillows. The owner, Parda Musaev, also serves as a warden at the Nuratau Nature Reserve.
After lunch, enjoy a leisurely stroll through the village and visit the nearby breeding enclosure of the critically endangered Severtsov’s wild sheep. Proceed to the ruins of the Shaxi Korgon fortress on the opposite hill, then continue into Hayat Valley to admire the diverse flora, fauna, and vibrant green landscape, particularly stunning in spring.
In the late afternoon, return to the homestay and unwind in the shaded garden by the mountain brook, relaxing on tapchans or benches. In the evening, savor a home-cooked dinner with the host family.
