• Costanera Norte - The drive from Buenos Aires to Tigre takes about an hour and includes a brief stop at the picturesque Costanera Norte. Here, you can take in the view of the Rio de la Plata, known as the ‘widest river in the world.’ This stop offers a fantastic perspective of our destination - one of its smallest tributaries, the Luján River.
• Delta El Tigre - Upon arriving in Tigre, we embark on a one-hour boat tour through the Tigre Delta, the world’s fifth-largest delta system. Enjoy the scenic views of Tigre’s historic buildings, sail alongside kayakers, and soak in the tranquility of this expansive river system.
• Museo de Arte Tigre - After savoring a delicious lunch at one of the city’s top-rated riverside restaurants (please note that food and drink are not included in the tour price), we head to the Tigre Art Museum. This stunning historic building is a masterpiece in itself. In the 19th century, it served as a social club for Buenos Aires’ elite and now houses works by some of Argentina’s most iconic artists.
• Puerto de Frutos - The Puerto de Frutos is a sprawling waterfront market filled with local artisanal crafts and goods. Whether you’re looking for local souvenirs or just want to soak in the local Tigre atmosphere, this market is the place to be.
• Paseo Victorica - We take one last stroll along the water’s edge. The Paseo Victorica is lined with historic buildings, galleries, cafes, and gelato shops (Argentina is famous for its gelato!). We then drive you back to your accommodation in Buenos Aires, where you can cherish the memories.
