Two thumbs up! - This excursion was more than we expected! Martina was an amazing guide! Well done! I feel we got more than just the Tigre Delta tour. Also, you MUST do the add-on lunch! Oh my goodness, it was AMAZING!

River Cruise - A world away from the city, this hour long cruise gives you a water view of the city and the canal homes (many with no modern amenities). Stop at Tigre Fruit Market a highlight and wish we had more time there.

A must take trip if you are in Buenos Aires - Having seen Tigre and the delta on Race Across the World I wanted to take this trip. We were however blown away by both Tigre and the delta to the extent we want to return and stay longer next time.

It’s kind ok - For half a day, it is nice tour. If you can find some other better activity, I would suggest doing that. Nothing special that you will see. Definitely don’t fall into tourist. Trap area for shopping. I booked Tour with lunch, but I would recommend doing lunch at your own.

Good boat tour, but lack of communication beforehand re: details. - The boat tour was enjoyable. The communication re: the added Grill Lunch ($25 per person) was sadly lacking. At no time prior to getting on the tour van were we advised the grill lunch would be at the end of the boat tour & we would be dropped off at a restaurant near the Obelisk. We were also not told that we would not be returned to our accommodation at the end of the boat tour, but would have to get ourselves back. The restaurant food was terrible & the service wasn’t any better.

Far too expensive - 1. There are too few seats on the outside deck and they see nothing from the cabin. So it can happen to you that they have to stand the whole journey. 2. Misleading travel description. There is no stop with admission included (point 2 of the detailed itinerary) but the ship races at top speed across the Rio de la Plata to El Tigre, because it takes passengers there again for the return journey. Here you will be abandoned at Puerto de Frutos and will be asked to buy "crafts" for 30 minutes. Rip off the worst kind, Made in China quality. Nobody in our group wanted to see this, they were all just waiting for the bus for the return trip. The real sights of El Tigre, such as the beautiful museum or the boulevard with cafes etc. definitely do not see and experience them. You don't have time for a stroll through El Tigre. Overall far too expensive for 60 minutes boat ride, 30 minutes Puerto de Frutos and 60 minutes bus return. Conclusion: Maybe interesting for mass tourists but with VIP this has nothing to do.

Not very good - We were picked up about 75 minutes late. No communication, we asked the hotel to call, they did, and lots of false promises. Once we finally arrived at el Tigre, the guide announced that the program would be reduced due to their late arrival. We walked along the river, went to a tourist trap (vendor) area, then rode a boat back to Buenos Aires- which was nice. 80% of the guides explanations were in Spanish and useless to us. One of the poorest excuses for what could have been a nice morning tour.

Beware it is described incorrectly. - Beware this trip is advertised falsely. It was 4 hours in a minibus and just 2 hours on the river. It is a small ferry not a boat that they show the picture of. There is nothing premium about this. I would not recommend this to anyone.
