Great Day on the River. - Our tour guide was Patrick, who runs the Company. Our trip was for a cruise debarkation day, so we needed to arrange to be picked up at the Port and dropped off at EZE airport. Communication was great -- we sent several messages by Whats App -- to arrange the time. Also, while we arranged a tour for two of us, the company showed flexibility allowing us to increase to 4 (with a modest per-person charge for the other two) -- on a couple of day's notice, we could have made it a larger group. The point was that Patrick was willing to do whatever was necessary to ensure that it met our needs. Also, Patrick knew EVERYONE. He was able to call in advance to make sure we had reservations on the boat, and when the restaurant we wanted to go to was booked solid, he was able to talk to the people there and get us a table. On the day of the trip, we exchanged a couple more texts to confirm when we were leaving the ship. When we exited the terminal at 9:15 am, Patrick was waiting there with a sign with my name on it. The vehicle he used had seats for 4 and adequate space for each of us to have one piece of checked luggage plus a carry-on. The tour itself was perfect -- although we hadn't, we were asked if there was anything we wanted to see in town. I asked for a stop at the Rose Gardens (one of my favorite places in Buenos Aires and not included on all city tours), he took us there. Then after a drive through the city, we headed north towards Tigre. Our first stop was at a local beach, which had a beautiful panoramic view of Buenos Aires. As it was a holiday (Good Friday), there were many families, also quite a number of people fishing off the beach. They were more than willing to pose for pictures with the fish they had caught. Next Stop -- San Isidro -- a local village with its own Cathedral. We stopped for Ice Cream at a local store, and could have taken pictures in the Cathedral, but there was a service going on, and we chose not to interrupt or interfere with the religious observance. After San Isidro, we made our way to Tigre for a River Delta Ride. Our cruise was on a boat that caters to the Argentinians -- I think we were the only Foreigners on board, so we shared our ride with locals and families out for an outing on the Holiday. The only downside to this was that the commentary was in Spanish -- but Patrick filled us in on the highlights so we didn't feel that we missed anything. After the cruise, we were offered a tour of the local market, but since it was approaching 2:00 we opted to go to a local restaurant for a leisurely lunch. This was followed by a drop-off at the airport at about 5:00 in plenty of time for check-in for our flight. One final point -- this was offered as a 6 hour tour. In fact we were with our guide for nearly 8 hours. I don't know whether every guide will give the extra time (and it might depend on what plans they had for later in the day), but in our case, Patrick was more concerned with our good time than keeping an overly tight schedule. Overall, a great experience, and I highly recommend Buenos Aires Touring.

Great day! - Pablo was waiting as soon as we arrived in port. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained what everything we passed was, plus the history behind it. The boat ride in Tigre was relaxing. Pablo explained everything to us in English. He took us to a wonderful restaurant for lunch before dropping us off at the airport.

Don’t miss it! - This private tour is amazing, beautiful scenery in Delta Tigre! We were a group of 7 people including kids and we all liked it, our tour guide Pablo was excellent! Very safe driver Beltran! Comfortable van for our group! I have been to Argentina twice and definitely this has been one of my favorite tours. Don’t miss visiting Delta Tigre which is one of the biggest in South America!

Great Tigre experience - Angela was a very thorough tour guide - her English was very fluent and she showed us aspects of the city of Buenos Aires and the outlying areas that a non-native would not encounter on their own. She had lots of stories, accompanied by history and humor, and we had a great 5 hours. She chose a delicious spot for lunch and we got to try an appetizer we would not have known about. Do take the trip - the islands from the boat were spectacular!

Excellent experience with great tour operator - Patrick contacted me very soon after booking the tour to confirm time and location of the pickup at our hotel. He was right on time and very welcoming. On our way out of town we stopped at several sights along the way, with Patrick providing a lot of information and history. He provided a large bottle of cold water for us and his driving was always safe. After leaving the city proper, he showed us some sites in San Isidro, then we made our way to Tigre. He got our reservations for the boat tour then we had time to explore all of the shops and offerings in this busy little port. The boat tour up the river was great, lots to see, and Patrick provided more details than the boat operator. Back at Tigre, we then made our way direct to our hotel. It was a really great day, and Patrick made it that way.

Loved the Tour and the Guide! - We prefer private tours, so this is what we did. Our guide, Flavia, was great fun. She gave us what we wanted and was flexible with our requests. Regarding the operator, Patrick, well that's a different story. There were emails early on about how we were being picked up from the cruise line early morning before check in time, so he was to arrange a van. The driver showed up late in a beat up Chevrolet compact car!! We burned about 90 minutes making adjustments for the debacle. I have a request in for a partial refund, but I haven't heard back.

Excellent knowledgeable... - Excellent knowledgeable guide, private air conditioner car with a good driver, great experience overall but we found the cost to be too high for what we received.
