Great!! - Amazing!!! Beautifully setting!!! Waiters and bartenders should have been better or more friendly! I would recommend it highly for everyone!

The Best! - We loved it! We actually saw the show for the first time a couple of months ago and couldn't wait to go again. Dancers, singers, musicians were all amazing. And the two drummers (and spinning balls) were spectacular.

Great tango show - The show is great and everyone is incredibly talented. A lot of options for dinner if you go the route for dinner beforehand. The interior of the building is all brick and makes the atmosphere special.

Great night out! - This was a fantastic time! There are a lot of tango dinner shows offered in tourist areas, and I was hesitant to go, but we were so happy as this was one of the highlights of our trip! The performers were very talented, the staff professional, and the ambiance on point! We were also grateful for the arraigned transportation - and the option to just attend the show rather than the dinner.

Highlight of our trip to BA. - We treated ourselves to the VIP upgrade and it was so worth it. Food was superb, wine was excellent and free flowing, and we had an unobstructed view. Albeit I don’t think there is a bad seat in the house. We loved it.

A lovely evening watching Tango - A lovely evening spent at the Michelangelo Tango Show. Food was fabulous although maybe too much for an evening dinner show! Personally felt there was not enough Tango in the show - all performers were excellent however I would have preferred more Tango and a little less of the singers and orchestra.

Disappointing Dinner Experience Before the Tango Show - We attended the Michelangelo Tango Show in Buenos Aires, which combines dinner with a late evening performance. While the show itself was scheduled to begin at 9:30 pm, we were instructed to arrive at 7:00 pm, which turned out to be far too early. This resulted in a long and uncomfortable wait before the performance even began.
The dinner experience was the weakest part of the evening. Several items listed on the menu, including the tomahawk steak, were not actually available. The food we did receive was disappointing. The steak was overcooked and had a gritty texture, falling well below expectations for an Argentine steakhouse style offering.
Wine service was also an issue. The house Malbec was of very poor quality, so we opted to order one of the better bottles on the menu, a 2023 DV Catena Pinot Noir. Unfortunately, the wine appeared to have been improperly stored and was not in acceptable condition.
The dining area itself was uncomfortably hot, to the point of being borderline unbearable during dinner. Because of the heat and overall dining experience, we ultimately chose to leave early and did not stay as long as planned.
Overall, while Michelangelo Tango Show may appeal to visitors primarily focused on the performance, the dinner portion was disappointing in terms of food quality, wine, comfort, and pacing of the evening. Travelers considering this experience may want to manage expectations around the meal or consider a show only option.
