Palermo’s colorful character and street art - This was a wonderful way to experience the color and life of the Palermo area of Buenos Aires. Vito was a terrific guide — enthusiastic, funny, informative and a great storyteller. We loved it, in spite of the very warm weather; we would highly recommend this tour.
