Overpriced and not very tasty. - This lunch was purchased from Viator a few weeks before our trip to Buenos Aires, who charged $A72 each which we thought originally was a fair enough price. However when we turned up at the restaurant there was so much trouble trying to verify this booking even though we had booking on our phone. Also the menu we were given was 35000 Argentinian pesos which was equivalent to $A35, therefore we were charged double for the menu we received. The food was very average, probably applicable to a $35 menu - basic vegetable rissoles for entre, a ragout pasta dish which looked like minced pork which was not that enjoyable, and dessert was one scoop of vanilla icecream with nothing extra. We also received a couple of drinks each. So I would recommend giving this restaurant a miss, even though in lovely old surroundings. Also if you cannot speak Spanish you are going to have a very difficult time getting a translation of the menu from any of the staff. Only one waitress had a very basic understanding of English. I do not know whether we were supposed to be given an a la carte menu, as we noticed a bit later with other patrons they had a large menu, whilst ours was only a little menu sheet.
