• La Paternal - La Paternal is a neighborhood located in the central-northwest part of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. It was founded in 1904 by a national decree.

Its name was due, for some, to the request of an Insurance Company “La Paternal”, which owned many land in the area, where he built numerous houses for workers. Others think that the name was given by a grocery store, known because it stopped the carts that went to Luján passing the “road to Moreno”.

The headquarters of the Asociación Atlético Argentinos Juniors, a centennial football club and champion of America that militates in the Argentine First Division is located in the neighborhood.

La Casa de D10S, the initial residence of Diego Armando Maradona and his family (1978-1980) situated in the La Paternal district of Buenos Aires city, and at a stone’s throw from the stadium now carrying his name, belonging to the Athletic Association Argentinos Juniors (AAAJ), his foundational club where he began his professional football journey.
