Overview (literally from the top floor) of Beautiful Buenos Aires - I always love to take the hop on hop off tours when I arrive in a new city. Buenos Aires was no different. This trip I took the Yellow bus tour one day and the Red Bus (different company) the next day to see the difference in routes. Surprisingly different, but both had the main attractions. I will give props to this tour company for their headphones. So much better than the red bus. I was glad I kept them because I used them on the red bus too!

Fun in Buenos Aires for non Spanish speaking tourists. - Interesting and fun way to get an overview of the city. Tour guide very helpful to assist with helping me find my entry stop. The location of city street signs are not always easy to find.

Great service at fontenay agency - We came by to buy bus tickets for tomorrow and asked about Rojo Tango. Marcelo and Jimmy were very pleasant and offered to help us look for a reservation. They gave us a great deal and took care of everything from start to finish. Honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy—an excellent experience overall.

Overall a good tour with a few glitches. - Bus was clean and audio through the headphones was clear and the content was interesting. We saw many sites in beautiful Buenos Aires. There weren’t enough buses and they didn’t run very frequently. We got off in San Telmo and had to wait for at least 45 minutes until a third bus came that had room for us. In the meantime 3 of the competitors buses stopped at this stop. We also had to change buses that we were not aware of. Fortunately another passenger on the bus told us we needed to change buses to finish the route.

Could be better - Confusion over tickets took 30 mins to resolve. Location of stops was sometimes clearly marked but others no indication. Buses often full or no space - wait for next. Audio was informative.

Make sure you have a QR code before the trip. - If I was sent a QR code I could not find it on the day for Tour. All I had was a confirmation number. The street attendants put me on a Yellow bus. The bus attendant put me off at the next stop. I had to walk almost a mile to get back to where I started. The street attendants put me on a red bus. The attendant said I was on the wrong bus and advised me to get off and take the Yellow bus. I said I was put off the yellow bus. He let me stay on. I rode the entire circuit for rear I would not get back on if I got off. I bc did not have a good experience.

Terrible hop on off in Buenos Aires - Terrible Service. A thousand times more expensive even than taking a taxi. There are never any unoccupied buses. I would never recommend anyone to take this Service. Not yellow or red.
