not the best - found the timings of this bus service very erratic Im afraid the ticket office the lady didn't understand our English and also the over hanging trees were slightly too close to us on occasions so you had to watch you didn't get hit.

City tour - It was not the first trip to Buenos Aires and it was not the first city tour! Of all I've done (4 times) this one was weaker! It's only 3 hours! There are others cheaper and better! All very running the guide barely let us take pictures! Strangled only 15 minutes in Caminito and not visit the Cathedral which is very beautiful and worth it! Finally there are other city tour from other better agencies, with better cost and benefit! Knock

The service did not work one day and after 2 weeks of a promised partial rfund, I still have nor received it. - We hired for 3 days (2 people) and it was honestly only worth ONE day for the information, but the truth is NOT cheap and apart from the Service is NOT good. On the 2nd day we did not use the Service early because it was faster to get directly to a point from our accommodation than to wait for the bus to turn around. We were A full hour waiting for the bus that is supposed to happen every 20 min and NEVER happened and we had to take an Uber to our destination and lost valuable time that afternoon, plus they did NOT answer via WhatsApp until the next day. I claimed them and they offered to extend me a day, but I told them I was already leaving town and preferred a partial refund. More than 2 weeks have passed and they have NOT refunded as promised, despite continuing to remind them. On the 3rd day, I used it a few times, but I don't tell you, it's NOT worth the expense. I have screenshots of messages and e-mails as proof of your bad Service.
