Buenos Aires City Bus (Route)

Operating Schedule: Begin the tour at any Tourist Bus stop using the QR code sent to your email. The service runs from Monday to Sunday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Buses start at 9:20 AM from stop 0 (Av. Roque Saenz Peña 728) and stop 12 (Av. Santa Fe 808), with a frequency of every 25 minutes. The final buses leave at 5:30 PM for a one-way trip.

The walking tour is a complimentary, optional activity with a voluntary payment for the guide. Confirm tour times with the guide on the bus. Announce your participation at the designated stop. Tours depend on weather and operational conditions, and no refunds are issued for cancellations.

For the Navigation tour, arrive 20 minutes before your selected departure time. Start your journey at any bus stop. Stop 0 is Diagonal Norte (Av. Pres. Roque Sáenz Peña 728), and stops 10 and 12 are the Gray Line offices: stop 10 (Av. Córdoba 787) and stop 12 (Av. Santa Fe 808).

• Dear Passenger, If you have a confirmed reservation and wish to change the duration of your ticket, we request that you first cancel the current reservation and then generate a new one. This is necessary because the QR code is automatically issued with each new reservation and if you modify your existing one, you will not receive the updated QR.
• If you have a confirmed reservation and wish to add more passengers, we kindly ask that you make a new reservation for the additional people instead of modifying the existing one. This is necessary because the QR code is automatically generated with each reservation. If the original reservation is modified, the QR code will not update to reflect the new number of passengers.
• The walking tour is a free and optional activity that operates on a voluntary payment system for the guide. To reconfirm the schedule for each tour, please contact the guide on board the bus. To participate, you must arrive at the corresponding stop. It is subject to weather and operating conditions. No refund will be issued if the tour is not taken.
• Important notice: Due to public works and associated road closures, bus stops 16 (Costanera Norte), 17 (Monumento Cristóbal Colón), and 18 (Parque de la Memoria) are suspended indefinitely. These stops will resume service once traffic returns to normal in the area.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
