Learn how the dogs are trained and managed, how to interpret the terrain and trees, and the etiquette of a respectful hunt. Gain insights into the traditions of black truffle hunting in Hungary, including a clear, guest-friendly explanation of the key rules regarding when searches are permitted, where, with whose permission, and how responsible, legal truffle hunting is conducted.

• Etyek - Gourmet Tasting (mill tasting area) Delight in classic “nature” foie gras, our signature foie gras with black truffle & Tokaji Aszú, and truffle butter topped with fresh truffle - all paired with more sparkling wine. Light snacks are included. Learn how to incorporate black truffle in the kitchen, with practical advice on selecting, storing, shaving, and finishing dishes to enhance the aroma.

• Etyek - Etyek Family Presshouse (Winemaker-Led) Take a short countryside drive to Etyek (10 minutes). Experience a tasting of 4–5 locally produced wines presented by the winemaker, hear the presshouse story, and explore the cellar; additional snacks are available if the wines are particularly strong.

• Etyek - Proceed to a second winery stop, one of Etyek’s oldest and most historic wineries, where guests will enjoy a traditional Hungarian lunch prepared on-site and paired with the winery’s own wines. Expect stunning vineyard views and a leisurely, relaxed atmosphere.
