A sweet trip on a lovely... - A sweet trip on a lovely boat. It’s a bit more expensive than other boat trips, but it’s a smaller group, a relaxed vibe & snuggly blankets.

100% would recommend - This experience was absolutely lovely from the start! There were benches to sit down whilst queuing with warm blankets to sit down on. When getting on the boat they hand you a glass of Prosecco or orange juice and are extremely welcoming. We sat inside and it was lovely and cosy, the boat was nice and warm throughout the whole cruise. They came round to the table about 15 minutes in to ask if you wanted anymore to drink or snacks. We both got a cocktail each and some crisps and nuts. The cocktails were so tasty. Would 100% recommend this trip. They take it nice and steady so you have time to really take in the sights in the evening and take some lovely photos.

Trip good, Viator app terrible - Great little trip on an attractive and well maintained paddle steamer style boat. Staff were friendly, helpful and courteous throughout.
However, the Viator service left a lot to be desired. The tickets never arrived in the app on my iPhone, I had to access them via my Mac and print/forward prior to leaving for Budapest which was a pain. Next time will book direct with the relevant operators.

Also recommended in winter - It was a nice information-rich trip by ship. The German audio guide worked great. The reception with a glass of sparkling wine was pleasant. Nice service.

Good company and lovely tour - Lovely little trip along the Danube, lasted about 50mins and we got a free prosecco and purchased some hot chocolates. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Our original booking had to be cancelled due to weather conditions and the tour company booked us on to alternatives at a time of our choosing (three times since it was pretty bad weather). Would absolutely recommend.

Pleasant and economical experience - Choice among others as not interesting at expensive dinners. The offer is essential, with welcome drinks and any drinks for a fee. The wooden boat is pretty. The staff is polite, if a bit hasty. Perhaps they could intervene more actively to facilitate an optimal distribution of places. A family of three with a small child, who arrived after the others, risked having to split up because there were no longer three nearby places available, and we moved. Showing up early allows you to choose the best seats.

Fantastic, romantic cruise down the Danube. - Fantastic, romantic cruise down the Danube. Beautiful paddle steamer. Lovely and warm inside with a glass of wine. Very relaxed after a day sightseeing. Evening was definitely the best time with all the lights from the shore.

Winter Wonderland On The Danube - It was exactly what it said it is in the description. You get to the dock, and as you're walking into the boat, they give you a drink of either orange juice or wine. It was a gorgeous ride up and down the Danube, especially since it was snowing. A waiter comes by shortly after you get seated and asks if you want a drink, and that's about all the time I saw the waiter. I was outside of the cabin taking pics. Nice way to see the city from the river and kill an hour. I'd recommend it if you're looking to get warmed up to the city your first night. That's when I did this was my first night in Budapest.
