Rest and relaxation - In good weather, very nice river trip on the Danube, 1 hour of relaxation with a magnificent view of the monuments on the Buda and Pest sides. Price 13 euros.

Relaxing on the river - A great way to spend a couple of hours in Budapest. We boarded the boat on time, were given our free welcome drink and directed to our seats on the upper 'panoramic' deck. The boat does not move at any great speed, meaning there is plenty of time to get the best photos along the route. A commentary is given for any special buildings and monuments as you travel up and down the river. Depending on which particular tour you opt for, there are secondary free drinks....however, if you have taken the basic package, there is the opportunity to buy drinks at very reasonable prices. The trip lasts around 90 minutes and is very relaxing.......a nice way to rest your feet from all the walking around in this amazing and beautiful city.

Great way to see Budapest from the river - This was a great, fairly small group tour with decent cocktails (or beers) for the priceIs just make sure you order your second drinks in plenty of time to be able to finish them!

A must do - The 4pm cruise time was perfect at this time of year as the sun began to set as we took off and it was dark for the final half hour. Relaxing quiet way to see the city by night. Cocktail option limited and not amazing but acceptable.

We have to. - If the buildings on both sides of the Danube are already spectacular, being able to see them fully illuminated and from a new perspective make them a special bonus. Something you shouldn't miss. It is a walk along the river, in a very large boat with live music and where you can appreciate the panoramas from inside or from deck. It's two hours of real delight.

A tour on the Danube is a must do! - A tour on the Danube is a must do when you are in Budapest. We have chosen the Cocktail & Cruise package where you can choose between two cocktails or three beers. The cocktails were tasty and the staff very friendly. There is an explanation in English about the sights you see from the boat and this is easy to follow if everyone on the boat is not noisy.

Avoid this tourist trap! - We booked the 2 hour sunset Cocktail Cruise. The boat is huge and it took forever to load everyone on board. The two of us were placed at a table in the middle of the dining room. We had no view at all. We each were given two coupons for cocktails. Once those arrived we headed outside and stood along the railing for two hours. There was very limited seating on the two decks outside. The "cocktails" were so watered down, they were actually just soft drinks. My better half got the Mojito. It was basically Sprite with mint. The sights were nice, but there are MUCH better options for a sunset cruise. I felt that I didn't get near my money's worth.

Boring - Boring cruise, nothing was told about the different things. You weren't allowed to choose a table where you could sit. This one was already chosen for you, so we didn't see anything. The crew was unfriendly. This cruise was a very big downer. We were at the bottom of the ship, others were upstairs and they were fed.
