Well worth it! - A little confusion about the meeting point at first. May or may not have been my fault. I did eventually meet up surgery the group and had an absolute blast. Met people from all over the world. Ash was a fantastic host. So the bars we visited were great!

Nice evening, nice participants and guide but a bit chaotic. - It's all a bit chaotic. For example, a proposal round was missing. That said, it was a nice evening/activity. Participants from many different countries, a fun drinking game, cozy bars / clubs. You have to make a little contact with the other participants yourself. Guide Mark was also fine!

Totally unreachable - Due to a situation at my hotel, I arrived 30 mins past the start time and by the time I got to the meeting location. The crawl has left. I understand that there is personal responsibility of showing up on time, however, I am frustrated that the tour operator was totally unreachable. I messaged the tour operator via the chat portal via TripAdvisor as well as the WhatsApp number found on their tour website and no one ever responded. The intent is that the operator would respond with the most current location and people can meet up there. Situations will come up, the operators need to do a better job with keeping the lines of communication open and be responsive.

Antisocial drinking - Disappointing. After a wonderful Tipsy Tour in Florence with culture, relaxed drinking and some depth, there was a senseless booze here. After arrival 10€ extra for unlimited beer and wine. Already drunk other participants (parts of the total of 38) running roaring in the street. Afterwards we go to empty bars where there were drinking games for the people who paid 10€ extra. Fortunately, we left the event early.
