Great value cruise with... - Great value cruise with warm hospitality. The Captain never let our glasses run dry for the entire cruise. At AUD20 per person, extraordinary value for about 90mins cruising on the River Danube.

Great night out - I read a number of reviews but I found the cruise to be wonderful. The staff were very attentive. I would suggest that you go around 7pm and arrive at least 15 mins early, especially if you want to sit outside for the tour. If you follow the directions on the app it will take you directly to the dock. Well with the trip!

Boozy, but quaint. - Fantastic experience - although don't expect to learn much about the city as part of the 'tour'. The audio can barely be heard amidst the talking and goings-on. But otherwise, a nice classy, enjoyable experience.

Unlimited Prosecco river cruise - Budapest - Great cruise - plenty to see and Prosecco really is unlimited and free flowing! Friendly staff - well worth the trip. Could be better directions as difficult to find joining the right queue at the quayside

Unlimited prosecco cruise on the Danube - Unlimited prosecco cruise on the Danube River. Easy booking, easy to find boarding location, well organised and good staff on board. Three boats alongside each other, walked through two to get to ours. Only 40 people on board, welcome glass as we boarded and then refills either by going to the bar or server coming round to top us up regularly. Spritzers and beers included in price too. Boat ok, toilet clean, only downside was the guide commentary was very quiet and inaudible. Good for (quite) a few drinks whilst seeing the sights of Budapest.

My experience was okay.... - My experience was okay. Some staff were rude to other customers and us during the cruise. Their customer service is VERY disappointing.

Horrible service - Very very rude! Server came down and gave out to us over rules that were never told to us in the first place. Told us it wasnt here problem even though this sort of thing is her job in the first place. Told us we had to bring our drinks to the counter for a refill even tho the servers came down to refill our drinks constantly. Refused us service for no valid reason. We weren’t bothering anyone in a little isolated corner away from everyone else. Left us out. However, server Marcelle was very polite and refilled our drinks. Would not do again because of initial service. You cant give out about rules that you don’t explain. Bathrooms were disgusting also. Bathroom doors hanging off hinges and such.
