Bus and river trip with Viator - Great trip with constant information from our guide, only negative comment is that the mercedes bus had tinted windows and with the fairly high seating position the view out was limited. But a great overall bus trip round the city, followed by a trip along the river. Highly recommend way to see the sights of Budapest.

Travel father son. - Raoul our guide was the highlight of our visit. His historical knowledge of Budapest’s distant and recent past events was impressive and his way of delivering the goods even more. We particularly liked the three paradoxes of Buddha Hill. Thank you for this introduction which allowed us to discover this beautiful city which is Budapest.

Great way to see the city and learn from a local - Minivan was a little tight but understandable due to the marathon (perhaps don’t offer a tour during marathon). I did like the small group size and the flexibility of the driver and guide to switch up the order of the tour and to always have a plan B at the ready. Hard to see all of the sites, especially if you are sitting in the middle of the minivan. Great tour guide, very friendly and knowledge - able to communicate in multiple languages. I liked stopping at several locations and being able to get out and walk around a bit. Stopping for a coffee is a nice addition too. And having the flexibility to go on the boat tour whenever was definitely an added convenience. Would recommend 10 out of 10 times.

Great experience - There was much to see, but little time. There is a rough overview of the sights. Good guide, in German+English.

Budapest City Bus Tour - Guide commented in two separate languages for the group, which was distracting at times. Information presented was excellent, but her accent made it somewhat difficult to understand everything that was said.

Just the basics! - Great Guide, only three stops had to climb lots of steps and walk back from St. Stephen's square to starting point. This tour covers only a small fraction of things to see in Budapest.

A weak effort - A weak effort Our group of 10 had 2 French speakers The guide spent more time talking French than English Skipped over a lot of city sights that we went by Her story of Hungary’s history was good until WW 11 and beyond as it was sanitized The Danube Boat cruise was terrible No commentary No staff to talk to except at the bar On the first level there were signs to do an audio hookup via wifi We went straight to the upper deck No signage to be seen The 60 minute trip was actually 40 minutes There were however some great river views

To be avoided - Total disorganization. The guide knew only part of Italian. They started from a busy spot so an hour wasted to do 200 m. In the program it was planned to pass by the parliament but it was not done. For the cruise it is complete chaos. At the indicated pier no one knew anything and the agency is closed .. they sell tours in Italian but no assistance in Italian. To be avoided
