Excellent English... - Excellent English speaking guide named Anna . She was very knowledgeable and friendly. We saw quite a bit for a short tour . We went to the Buda side and saw the cathedral it was spectacular!

A guided tour for 1st approach - We took this tour to discover this city. The tour was very well organized the guide was competent the tour was in English we were a group of 20 people very appreciable when arriving in an unknown city to have a first approach.

Good, not great - You get a decent overview of the city, and it’s great to be on an air conditioned bus in the summer. It was a bit of information overload, but I understand most people want that. I wish the tour description mentioned that you get off the bus and walk around three times - once at Fisherman’s Bastion for 60 minutes, once at Heroes’ Square for 30 minutes, and finally at the end of the tour at the Hungarian Parliament for 30 minutes. The description should also mention it’s a brisk 5 block walk to get to the Hungarian Parliament. We were traveling with one older person, and that brisk walk at peak daytime heat was a bit much for her. Decent tour nonetheless.

Average, somewhat disappointing - Our tour guide seemed rushed throughout. She spoke fast, very softly, no microphone or whispers, and her English was heavily accented. We understood about half of what she said. She walked very fast, not a sightseeing pace. She did not invite questions. We were left at the Parliament, not at the office where we started the tour. This was not explained beforehand, so we walked much further to get back to our hotel.

Very unprofessional - This tour was canceled by the tour operator without notice. I would not use this unprofessional tour operator again.
