Loved this audio guide! - For us it worked perfectly on ipad driving counterclockwise. It did not work well on android! But GREAT way to learn about the entire trail. Very well done!

The Best Way to Road Trip the Cabot Trail - I have driven the Cabot Trail before, but before this road trip tour I didn’t realize all that we were driving by and missing. Whether it was historical information, a fun activity, scenic spot or shopping spot, all the information was useful and we are looking forward to other road trips using this! Highly recommend to anyone driving the Cabot Trail.

Great trip to Nova Scotia including Cape Breton - We absolutely loved Cape Breton and Cabot Trail and all our various stops along the way. Our trip began Halifax onto Peggy’s Cove, Ludenburg, Halls Harbor, Burntcoat Head Park ( highest recorded tides in the world) Wolfville,(wineries), Truro, to Baddeck, Ingonish, Cheticamp and the spectacular Skyline Trail, Antigonish back to Halifax. We hiked many great trails along the way, saw four waterfalls, ate lots of lobster, Digby scallops, mussels and other fresh seafood. In addition to the above, we highly recommend the Alexander Graham Bell museum and harbor cruise in Baddeck, Highland Village, wineries around Wolfville, the gondola and mountain lake hike in Ingonish and taking the Cabot Trail counter clockwise. Locals were very friendly and helpful. We hope to return someday to explore more of Nova Scotia and Cape Breton.

Great price and you have a dedicated guide right at your fingertips while traveling in your private car. - It's a bit of a struggle to figure out the Dowload and play, but figured it out. (Not tech inclined) It was a great guide for the trail.

Interesting and Fun - This guided tour was so interesting and funny, it even had the teenagers engaged! Loved that we could stop and start the tour to accommodate pit stops, detours and hikes. Looking forward to seeing what else is available as we travel to different places.

Great companion to a long sight-seeing drive. - This audio tour was well-worth the money. We learned a lot about the Cabot Trail throughout our drive. There were some hidden spots to pull-over and see that we wouldn't have otherwise known about.

A good guide to the Cabot Trail - This was an informative companion to have on the drive. I learned new things and enjoyed the commentary. I would suggest it to someone driving the Cabot Trail for the first time.

Helpfulness depends on the direction you're driving the Cabot Trail - I've purchased several of the "GuideAlong" tours, and used them in Yellowstone, Grand Teton, Acadia and Shenandoah National Parks, I purchased the TripVia tour for the Cabot Trail in Nova Scotia, hoping for a similar experience. But I was left disappointed. The biggest flaw is that the Cabot Trail tour works only if you are driving the trail in a counter-clockwise direction. We were traveling clockwise, so I kept having to reset the position on the tour. It was cumbersome and inconvenient, so I went from manually adjusting the audio tour, to reading the text aloud, to not using it at all. Fortunately, it was not an expensive tour. But I would not recommend this tour, especially if you're going to be driving the Cabot Trail in a clockwise direction.

technical problems - where there is spotty cell coverage, the audio and photo portions of this tour will not work. you can download the map and text for each stop ahead of time, but not much more than that. also, at least 50% of this tour is descriptions of trails.

Frustration - Downloading the tour was complicated and didn't work. Twice I was forced to call Viatour and then, when they couldn't help, be transferred to the operator of the audio tour. It wasted time, was unpleasant, and frustrating. The tour itself was OK
