• Calea Victoriei - This is the city’s oldest and most popular street for tourists. • Palatul CEC - We’ll pause in front of one of Bucharest’s most iconic structures, which houses Romania’s oldest bank, the CEC Palace.
• National Museum of Romanian History - Located opposite the CEC Palace, this is the largest museum of its kind in the country, situated at the entrance to Bucharest’s Old Town.
• Palace of Parliament - Enjoy a complete exterior tour of the Palace of Parliament in a tuk-tuk. It’s the largest building in Europe and the heaviest in the world. Walking around it would take at least 30 minutes, but the tuk-tuk saves time. There will be a photo stop in Constitution Square, the perfect spot for capturing great pictures with the building as a backdrop.
• Bucharest Fountains - Originally constructed in the late 1980s and restored in 2018, this fountain system is now the longest synchronized choreographic fountains in the world. We’ll stop by the main fountain for photos where no other vehicle can. During winter, the fountains are inactive due to frost risk.
• The Victoria Palace - Built between 1937-1944, it currently houses the Government of Romania. It’s located in Victory Square, the city’s “hottest” square, surrounded by significant sights like the Natural History Museum - Grigore Antipa.
• Dorobanți - The tuk-tuk will take you through one of Bucharest’s most exclusive neighborhoods, the Dorobanti District, where many embassies and impressive villas with diverse architecture await your admiration.
• Ceausescu Mansion - Recently opened to the public, this palace reveals the life of the last communist dictator’s family, Ceausescu. Situated in one of Bucharest’s finest areas, the palace is beautiful and rich in history. Visitors can explore the courtyard and take photos with the palace.
• Herastrau Park - The route passes by the city’s largest park. While riding the tuk-tuk, you’ll learn more fun facts about Bucharest.
• Triumph Arch (Arcul de Triumf) - A symbol of Romania’s independence for over 100 years. We’ll stop nearby to take fantastic photos from a unique perspective. No other vehicle can stop beneath the Arch like a tuk-tuk can.
• “Dimitrie Gusti” National Village Museum - On the route, you’ll see some of the old houses exhibited inside the National Village Museum, located within Herastrau Park. Opened in 1936, it’s one of the largest of its kind in Europe.
• National Museum of Art - This museum features collections of medieval and modern Romanian art, along with an international collection assembled by the Romanian royal family. During the monarchy, it served as the Royal House of Romania.
• The Romanian Athenaeum - Situated in the heart of Bucharest, this iconic building is a venue for classical music concerts, completed in 1881. We’ll stop right in front to capture the best photos.
• Revolution Square - Located in central Bucharest, this square is named after the 1989 Romanian Revolution against the communist regime. It houses many beautiful and significant buildings.
