RELAX DAY - Immensely nice place! One day is almost not enough! There is everything: sauna, hydromassage, slides, pool bar. Everything you can imagine, there is! Easily accessible by bus!

Relaxing trip to Therme - Wonderful afternoon at Therme. We only went into lovely relaxing Palm. Didn’t need flumes which are in Galaxy. Very well organised. Food reasonably priced. Driver of minibus very helpful with a mistake we made. Confused about needing to buy tickets for the Dracula/Peles castles trip but not necessary for Therme trip. Would be helpful for both trips to either provide tickets or not.

Very nice spa! - Had a great time here! One of the best spas I’d been too. It does get busy id advise getting there early to book treatments and secure lounges. Besides from that, there is plenty to do and it is a great place to relax! Loved the salt scrub & mask while in the steam room! My advice would be to check the timetable to gain the most out of your visit & make sure you partake in some activities. Food was also great & really enjoyed the drinks too! Already planning my next visit 😊

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Therme Bucharest. If you plan a visit, be prepared for queues, crowds and lack of s - We visited Therme Bucharest on January 31, 2026 as four adults and paid 848 RON for a full-day experience with access to all areas. Unfortunately, the visit fell far short of what was promised: We had to wait in line for 37 minutes before we were allowed in. Once we got in there was total overpopulation, extreme congestion and long waits everywhere: toilets (13 min), restaurant (32 min), control system (19 min), food service (21 min). The areas for relaxation and sauna lacked order, the staff was almost non-existent. The hygiene in the pools was inadequate. We contacted the resort several times and asked for a refund, but have not received a response. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Therme Bucharest. If you plan a visit, be prepared for queues, crowds and lack of service.

Far too crowded, unless you enjoy swimming in human soup. - Visited her with my adult daughter on a Friday in late November, as part of a few days break to Bucharest. Bucharest we thoroughly enjoyed but found this spa experience to be very disappointing, The place could be great but sadly greed appears to be what motivates it's owners and they are letting far too many people in. They could charge more and let fewer people in, which would then make it a proper relaxing spa experience, which it most certainly isn't. We arrived early with pre booked tickets as the doors opened. We had hoped to book a treatment each but after quickly joining the queue, we were soon told that there were no spaces left for treatments. We were then lucky enough to find what appeared to be the last bed available and after leaving our things there, we went in search of breakfast. Nothing available but beverages and fancy cakes, as the main restaurant wasn't open until later. Nowhere left to sit either and then we discovered that we couldn't take our drinks and cakes back to our bed. So began a day of standing in queues for ages, or swimming in what quickly became human soup diluted with spilled cheap alcohol, as so many people in the pools were drinking heavily. It wasn't difficult to imagine what else you were swimming in. If Brighton beach on a bank holiday seems like your kind of fun then you might enjoy it. We left much earlier than we had originally planned and wouldn't ever want to go back.

Bad experience - Really bad experience, we were in a group at the spa, apart from the cost that objectively is not really low ... But leaving this I was called back several times because I entered the pool with my mobile phone, despite there was no prohibition, of course protected by an airtight bag, and I was invited to go out and lay it, I asked for explanations they could not give me ... Then inside the structure the exact same thing in the other pool they made me lay it as well they told me for privacy and to my question if there was privacy even in the bars they could not even answer. Then in another indoor pool I was called back because the two-year-old boy I was holding, had leaned against a table... Absurd things... Another thing to make the slides we are asked to take off everything we were wearing so all the bracelets and all the necklaces, including even the laces, which is absurd that we should not instead take off the bracelet with the chip provided by them... So I wondered what sense it could make
