Must do in Bucharest - A really interesting tour. You get to explore neighbourhoods you wouldn’t usually see, and eat some delicious food. Alex was a great guide, full of interesting facts and some fascinating anecdotes of his time growing up in Bucharest.

Food and history - Overall, a good tour. Guide was great, there was a little bit more on history and a little less on food than I expected. Guide adapted to changes well. For instance the bus we were traveling on broke down so we had to walk for a portion of the tour. It was very hot the day we went, but that is not the fault of the tour. Different foods were fun to try.

Great insight into the food and culture of the city - Alex was a fantastic host, giving us insight into the architecture and local life of people in the city (including catching public transport during the tour). Although the focus was on local food, we learnt lots along the way).

Could this be the greatest tour in Bucharest? - What a great tour! Bogdan was a super guide and made the day an amazing experience. Although we learned a lot of history, this tour seemed to also share a lot about the culture and current world of Romania/Bucharest. Food and drink was perfect with a good amount of walking and riding local transportation. We basically followed the itinerary thats listed but Bogdan was also super flexible when it came to showing us what we wanted to see and where we wanted to spend time.

First time Bucharest visitors - Alex was not only friendly but extremely knowledgeable about Bucharest and Romanian history. He did not shy away from the less desirable aspects of that history but was definitely proud of his country. The food was definitely regional and many items were first time tastings for us. The restaurants visited were off the beaten path and quite wonderful. The Market visit was extraordinary. All the different produce and offerings were a feast for the eyes. We had a fantastic introduction to Bucharest through this tour.
