a great arrival in Bucharest - Ovidiu picked us up in the arrivals hall at the airport. He was excellent with his communication. As soon as our plane landed, I took my phone off of airplane mode and I already had a WhatsApp message from him. It was so reassuring to know that there was someone there to transport us to our hotel after a very long and exhausting flight. this company was excellent with their communication and reliability. I highly recommend them.

Professional and reliable. - Excellent pre-trip communication. Superb service. Our baggage did not make the flight, so we ended up delayed in exiting secure area. Driver and company contacted us to see if we were ok, and patiently waited until we had filed out claims, etc. driver was waiting with our name. Vehicle was clean, large enough to have hauled us ALS or luggage comfortably. Driver polite and courteous. Thanks to our driver Nelu.
