Once we got going it was great, but we were disappointed to start almost 1 hour late. That affected our plans later in the day.
Had a great ride with Mike. Would highly recommend.
The guide was friendly & helpful with the horses. He stopped several times to point out interesting sights and told us some stories.
The horses that Steve chose for Mike and me were perfect for us. Steve was knowledgeable and friendly. The scenery was beautiful and interesting. This was a highlight of our trip, and reasonably priced as well.
The guide made it very fun, and was really cute with my kids, ages 8, 10, 13 and 14.
It was a perfect afternoon. I could pick my own horse, and so did everyone else. The ride was through beautiful canyons and rock formations. I will definitely come back and do a two hour ride next time, and bring family with me!
I would have given this five stars, but the guy leading our ride had no idea my friend and I were coming even though we had paid online and received a confirmation email. Seems to be a big lack of communication and we could have missed out on our ride if another couple hadn't joined and paid that day to go. We even showed up before the required 15 minutes in advance of the time we booked. Other than that, it was a fantastic ride and our guide was super friendly!
