Brussels, with its eclectic mix of 19th-century architecture, Art Deco, and modern skyscrapers, was a city I had longed to explore. When I heard about the Bruxelles Food Tour—a social dining experience that promised to take me through the heart of the city—I knew it was the perfect way to dive into the local culture.

The day before the tour, I received a WhatsApp message from our guide, Laurent, complete with his picture. This thoughtful touch set the tone for what would be an unforgettable experience. Meeting Laurent at Place Poelaert, I was immediately struck by his warmth and enthusiasm.
